This store had the worst customer service. Sorry if if there are good staff in this location but at least for the sales person that attended me this Sunday seem so uninterested in helping me. I’m not sure if her name is Cassandra. It seemed as if every thing I had to say she would give me a very unpleasant short response.

Dario was the most clutch rep we could have ever had. Seriously this guy needs a raise! Honest, patient, and straight to the point. If you come in to this store ask for my boy cuz he will do you good. Whether you need service or grabbing a new phone. I appreciate you brother!

came in with a huge dilemna, wife was even crying due to stress. we had been going back and forth from sprint store to sprint store, customer service and were never being helped just brushed off. came into this location and Ana greeted me with a smile and welcomed me and told me shed help me my wife and i before we even started explaining our whole mess. i can say i have left this location with my questions and issues resolved. i love how thorough and knowledgeable Ana was and she made us laugh. i was very content with my visit and will def be coming back for my future business. 10/10

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COST!! Manager is super rude!! Honestly, she needs to get fired. Employees do not know what they are doing. Not welcoming at ALL!!!!! Zero stars if it was possible!!

Do not come here! The wait is ridiculous! There was only one person working today besides the manager. I went in for an upgrade and everything was going okay until I was being forced to pay with a card. At the moment, I did not have my card but they had told me it was okay to pay with cash. All of a sudden I can't pay cash and was pressured to pay with card. My dad has been a sprint customer for over 18 years and i do not recall us being forced this way to pay with a card. I asked the manager to cancel the upgrade because I knew there was no way this had changed. The manager ripped the papers in front of me and I knew she was upset with this passive aggressive move she made. I told her that I had never experienced this and that I had been a customer for years. She's like, I been working for sprint for three years blah blah and I said well I been a customer for years way longer. She replies, you've also worked for sprint right?? Wow!! What type of customer service was that? Idk what kind of "Manager" argues with customers but this "DeeJay" girl was it! She also had her child in there while working, aren't you supposed to show your professionalism at all times? I ended up calling another sprint store and they told me this wasn't true, that I could pay with cash at any time. I'm currently at another store doing the upgrade n they have not problem paying with cash. DO NOT COME HERE! This is the worst customer service I've received!

Never come in here this people chose what to say to you in order to steal money from you. I purchased a device from them to which i was told it would be $400 and now after going back and forth with them that it will actually end up being $530. I had also left a $200 deposit for the device and somehow 50 dollars disappeared and their system only shows $150 Their manager is a joke she can't give you a straight answer and only repeats what makes sense in her head.
