Avoid this Vermont location at all cost they have the worse service I've ever encountered at a T-Mobile Store. They will find any reason not to service or take back any T-Mobile device even with a warranty or insurance.

The worse service ever but yet what do you expect from T-Mobile expensive, and you must go thru major steps to get 1 thing accomplished with them. I was told by customer service 1 thing get to the store and totally different info and they have the never to blame each other for miss leading information given to the customer. But this location gets added to the worse of the locations yet the manager Nancy gives the example of bad attitude unhelpful.

I posted a review before but im not sure what happened to it. Back in August of this year, I wentin to purchase phones for my mother and I. My husband had just arrived the day before to purchase his. An employee by the name of Jose delivered excellent customer service. I mean there's one type of service that you receive when the rep is trying to make a sale, then there's that intimacy in service that let's you know they care. Jose was patient, made sure we purchased something that would make us happy as a family unit. He wentto the back twice to pick up phones we thought we wanted but changed our minds on. We finally set our hearts on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus. We've been in love with our phones every since. Now just recently due to some cell phone towers being down and some newly installed (found this out after talking with a T-Mobile rep from the call center, who made us a disappointing appointment which made us have to call back) our phones haven't been acting the same every since the software update of September 22nd. Although Trey from this same location couldn't exactly do anything about it, he patiently helped my mom and I and he even took the time to listen to my husband vent about the problem. At the time from the sound of the problem I knew it was nothing Trey coulddo about it but I was very very impressed by his patience with my hubby. You may walk into this location and see lots of customers but you better believe that each customer is shown loyal service and their not rushed and these team members take very good care of you.

I walked in t-mobile today and was really happy with my purchased today. TREY helped me out and he was very kind, patient and just excellent at explaining everything. Also this location is clean and well taken care of and overall the whole staff is friendly.
