Got my 1987 560 SL through these guys and they did not disappoint! Sam was great to work with and his whole team was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Felt more confident about the purchase because of their expertise in SLs, and grateful that I’m able to get regular service through them as well. Highly recommend.

December 2023 I purchased a 1988 560SL from Sam and Sabrina and could not be more delighted with the experience.Sam and Sabrina are fantastic!It is hard to find a rust free, accident free, vintage car, with papers where I live. After searching for a 560sl over the past year, and viewing a lot of decrepit automobiles across Florida, I found the Sportscar LA webpage.Sam answered when I called and from then, assisted me through my remote sales experience without fail. Sam and Sabrina helped me view several cars using facetime over several weeks so that I could feel comfortable with every aspect of my final purchase.When I made my final decision, and purchased the car, Sam and Sabrina arranged shipping from CA to FL.I was blown away when Sam and Samantha both answered my calls from FL at 6am CA time when an issue arose with the shipping service. Not only was the issue with the shipping service solved almost instantly, but before the car had shipped, Sam had also upgraded the steering wheel.Incredible customer service and true follow through on every issue is why I know I will be buying my next classic car from Sam and Sabrina at Sports Car LA. :)

I purchased my 560 SL last December. In the year, I’ve added 3,500 miles to the odometer. The buying experience was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Roy and Edward were both very patient and provided a pressure free environment. They even let me drive it twice. I looked at a couple other SLs before settling on this one. They were very accommodating to the pre purchase inspection and made quick work of the minor items identified.When it was time to pick the car up the paper work literally took 90 seconds.The car was washed, waxed, and ready to go. They also surprised me with a wood trim refresh.Over the year things have come up and that was to be expected. These cars are 35-50 years old. I’m not expecting perfection. I walked into this knowing I was buying a classic and that it would need some work. I’m still considering having the soft top and radio upgraded by their Service shop.If I’m ever in the market again for a classic I’ll look to SportsCar LA.

I was nervous about buying a vintage car, cross country, from someone whom I've never met. Sam was fantastic. He bent over backwards to make sure that everything was as promised. He facetimed with me to show the car, he sent all the paperwork promptly, he followed up. Excellent overall business and experience.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Sam is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Once we shook hands the paperwork took less than 5 minutes. It was painless, which is unheard of for buying a car! These guys are the absolute best and will make sure you leave in something you love!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I worked with Sam to buy my 1986 Mercedes 560 SL, it was my first classic car purchase and it was a perfect and seamless experience. Any issue that was brought up with taken care of no questions asked and he even follow up a month later to see how everything was going. Would definitely recommend and purchase another vehicle from him.

There is no better place to buy a classic Mercedes r107 SL than Sportscar LA. Their stock of classic Mercedes SL’s is unmatched. Their other classic cars are very impressive but I was in the market for an r107.Sam sold us our car. There was no sales pressure, the entire process from searching to buying was easy and stress free. Both Sam and Roy are very knowledgable and they work to fit you into the right car. I needed a mechanically sound daily driver with a backseat already installed, Sam showed me cars that fit my needs as well as budget.Sportscar LA will also stand behind the cars they sell. After purchasing the car I was told to drive it everyday and to call with any questions or issues so they could address them. No one does that, yet they do and have handled all my after sale questions and concerns perfectly. Very simply they care about the cars they sell and want to make sure you are satisfied. I’ve bought new cars with less assurance from the dealer.They don’t only sell cars but also work on them. The car I bought was previously bought from Sportscar LA. Before purchasing the car they showed me all the mechanical paperwork they had on file. One of the mechanics remembered the car well and told me it’s history. The team of mechanics at Sportscar LA are personable and honest.The entire team is excellent at Sportscar LA, I can’t give this place a strong enough recommendation.

SportsCar LA is a great place to purchase a classic sports car. I was looking for a vintage SL and found Roy and Edward to be outstanding at helping me understand and evaluate all my options. They are both extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their vehicles. They are also patient and very professional and are attentive to their customers. It's also great that they service the vehicles on site which makes it very convenient. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Sports Car LA!

Buying one of your dream cars should be an enjoyable experience from the start of the hunt to the finish line. Edward and Sports Car LA did their part to make their part of me and my wife’s journey just that. The online presentation of our car made the process easy for us and left little question about what we were going to see. Edward was genuine and he let the car sell itself. He was our tour guide enjoying his role in the process, not a sales guy. Edward shipped our car the next day and made sure it was safe and sound. When we get our next dream car I will be reaching out to Edward and Sports Car LA for their help/advice. Anti-clockwise to turn the engine off! Thanks again guys!!
