Great service and high quality results. Their discount programs are great for frequent customers. I started taking my dress shirts here when I moved into the neighborhood and purchased a discount card. One of the best decisions I've ever made when it comes to laundry and dry cleaning services. Items are always ready on time and the staff are always professional and polite. It's a neighborhood family owned business that I'd encourage everyone to support.

I dropped off a jacket and two sweaters at Splendid Cleaners, when I brought them home, I noticed not one had been cleaned. They had the original stains still on them. When I took them back, the owner said this had never happened before. He asked me if it was my first time there, which it wasn't and failed to take responsibility for the situation. He made such a big fuss about how this could have happened, and was I sure it happened here, instead of taking accountability, apologizing and saying we'll re-do it. He told me it wasn't a big deal. When I asked for my money back, he said NO. He was so unpleasant, i didn't want to leave my clothes there. It was extremely disappointing and I will not go back. I don't trust them.

Splendid cleaners is not just our local place for dry cleaning. I always enjoy going in because they remember me and my wife and ask how our family is doing. These types of interactions or what I crave in big city life. Cheesy, I know, but SPLENDID CLEANERS is really splendid indeed!

How much do i love this mom and pop dry cleaners?I can count on them for no muss and no fuss straightforward great dry cleaning!Love the two men working there!Always friendly and get your clothes back promptly and clean!I would highly recommend patronizing this business!Neighborhood feel!I never even save my tickets i trust them so much!

Been going to this place for 14 years or more Not after them trying to scam me today! Brought in some very expensive vintage bags. I explained to them that one of them I was going to keep and 1 I was going to sell. The one that I was going to sell I told them to clean, the one I wanted to keep I asked them to take a patch off of it. They said too much work and expensive and to do it myself with a razor blade. Another bag they said they wouldn't clean because of leather on it. So 2 bags dropped off. They tried charging $60 and I said that's expensive for 2 bags so we agreed on $40. They kept tens for a week and I come in and the receipt showed $60 and they tried scamming saying that 1 bag was 2 bags because the bag has a compartment that detaches. But the worst thing was they took all the patches off all the bags hence destroying the one I was going to sell. While I was waiting while they were assisting with another customer I was looking at the job they did and it was horrible, all the sewing thread strings were still attached to the bag, it took me probably 25 seconds to pull them off so that it can look clean, but why half-ass the job, they probably figured since they were going to try to scam me another $20 to take patches off. Then I told them they had to fix it and they were trying to charge me. This was very upsetting so I just left. They said they could glue a patch back on and that it would cost them money to fix. Well you destroyed it so you should fit it. I got the price back down to $40 like he originally quoted me on receipt since I wasn't going to be scammed but I basically had to pay $40 so they could destroy a bag. They said simple miscommunication but that's not cool, at least fix what you damaged. You told me you weren't going to fix the 1 bag then you take it upon yourself to destroy the bags then try to charge me more then try to charge me again to fix. This is absolutely insane and beyond rude!!! Guy tried to act like it was someone else I spoke to but I clearly was helped by same guy dropping off and same guy picking up, he always wears long sleeve cuffed at the wrist dressy shirts. When I dropped off bags he commented on the one I was keeping saying "yeah nice bag they don't make them like this anymore". I would think communication is key on running a business since it's pretty simple procedures at a dry cleaner. But to scam and destroy and to try to blame someone else then try to charge me then try to half a** a job again to suggest to glue!!Not to mention I've lost a few expensive Bape shirts over the years that were probably from not picking them up in time but they could have called, after all phone number is always on the ticket. But that's what happens when you take expensive items to dry cleaners, there's always a risk. I'll be trying new places since it's not like this was good value or turn around anyways! NEVER COMING BACK and I've spent a fortune with this store over the past 14 years

I love this place. I was sad when one of the three amigos passed away, and it makes my heart pitter patter every time I see his picture in their shop. The guys are friendly, and during Covid they started offering drop off and pick up, which is really cool. They have the news on in their store front and thank sweet baby Jesus it's not Fox News, so I'll give them credit for that.The owners are very polite and professional, and always so kind and helpful to me Prices are fair and anytime I've had to return something because it wasn't done 100% right, they work with me without acting a fool. That's not given!! Plus, this is a neighborhood staple. There are two spots on the side and one spot in the front for loading and dropping off which makes it super convenient. It's like Cheers, they know my name and value my business.

First: Lose the attitude. I said hello and said I was picking up a tailored romper, and was greeted with, "So what do you want?"Second: I bought my own lace trim zipper for the garment. I wanted the zipper and lace exposed, took a picture, asked him if he wanted me to send him the picture, he said no. Went to pick up the garment and they made it an invisible zipper. I told them it wasn't right, and they said they couldn't do it any other way, which is completely incorrect. I asked why no one called me then, and he said again, "what do you want?" he initially said to take it for free then, but then the seamstress gets hosed for their poor communication, so I paid half. Lose the attitude, listen to your clients. Just because it's the way *you* want to do things, doesn't make it the way people are paying for you to complete work. Dry cleaning and tailored clothes are expensive and we care enough to take them in because they're garments we enjoy, and it's that much more disappointing when our clothes are ruined by your carelessness.

Not a place to bring your hard earned money. Extremely rude staff on every occasion. The cleaning isn't "splendid" either. Will be finding a new cleaners to bring my business to!
