I moved 8 miles from my other place here in North Hollywood. This happened Thursday I will not have service in my new place until Tuesday. My elderly as of the email I received today has lost her Affordable credit which of course I will get to the bottom of why a 96 year old woman would not qualify for that. I'm hoping Spectrum will do the right thing and rectify that as the Rep said would happen but this 5 day wait to get a rep in here to wire this joint up is unacceptable. Next stop Yelp. I'm pissed

Went to return a router. 8 people waiting and I was 9. 30min later no movement. Finally this guy came from the back and gave a label to someone who was also returning an item. He came over and gave a label and said take the item to fedx. How crazy is this company. Spectrum rather pay for shipping than to take the return at the store. Pass the cost to the customers.I replaced my router because my cellphone doesn't shut of data when I'm home. WIFI drops all the time. Customer support couldn't help. Told me to go to the store for my cellphone problem.

Machine went down yet again. 30 to 45.min wait . Some workers just sitting waiting for idk what. 3 stars because when I finally got called the lady was very friendly and helpful.

When I stopped the company’s service, the staff told me that I had 2 weeks to return the router. I took the router to their company early the next morning, but at night I received a router bill of more than 100 dollars. I think this is a fraud!

Very rude and bad customer service. Juan was very rude. I will never go back to this store. This happens twice now. I'm happy that AT&T has u-verse now, so I don't have to deal with customer service like this.

Our visit was quick and easy and the staff is very knowledgeable. Please if you're coming in to ask a technical support question stay safe and call from home. Spectrum has a call back feature so you don't have to sit on the phone and wait. They always call faster than estimated wait time.

Went in here to set up a new account I was helped by Juan who was super pleasant and kind. He informed me of everything I needed to set up the account ie lease agreement and I’d. I returned the next day and he assisted me super fast in and out within 10-15 min. They were super nice even though I had my two kids being super annoying. Couldn’t be happier

They need a better system. Also only having 2 employees when there is a huge line is insane. We had an appointment but that doesn't guarantee you will get in. Also their hours don't match what Spectrums website says.

The store itself is just the face of a horrible, dishonest, DISHONEST, incompetent, greedy lying company. My complaint is with the company. The employees could never be good enough to make up for such malicious ineptitude. Lost so much time, serenity and money just TRYING to switch to their company
