I had a last minute situation when my new apartment wasn't going to work out. I had originally toured one of the properties and loved it, but I went ahead with another one. When I needed a new place, I was able to reconnect with my leasing agent, Danny, and he helped me get my application in within 24 hours. He gave me all the information, a tour, and an application within the same day. We were able to get my lease the next day too, which was so impressive! Even when I had questions on my lease, he was flexible and accommodating and got me situated. He ensured all my questions were answered, provided me quality information as soon as he could, and was incredibly friendly and encouraging throughout the whole process. I'm super excited to move in and am so thankful for Danny!

I was interested in the new building 1112 locust and I had to call for 2 weeks before being able to leave a voicemail because it was full, I went up there twice and no one was ever in the leasing office. When I finally got a way to contact Danny through the project manager, He texted me and didn't call back he asked what my credit score was I was off by a few points so he blocked me. I have 2 phones I texted him off one initially and then the other when my messages weren't delivering and it went through. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had! They must not want to rent out the units. I have 4 streams of income so I'm sure I qualify and even then how can you not tel me what the rent is and just assume I won't qualify. I don't understand why I was blocked. I called the South Park group and the lady claimed she couldn't give any information about the leasing.

Poor Management that clearly does not care about tenants. Cheap materials used throughout building. Useless property management. They know nothing. You answer will be "sorry" every time.

Very unprofessional. They had an agreement to lease a space at our center with 30 day cancellation notice. After few months they couldn’t lease the space. We canceled the agreement according to our agreement. Steve Ravan became very aggressive and disrespectful.

Extremely unprofessional and not reliable. I was in the process of leasing a commercial space through one of their agents. My application was approved, a contract draft was sent, as soon as I asked where to send the deposit they disappeared and didn’t respond. After a follow up they said it was given to someone else. We’ve been emailing for about 2 weeks, I absolutely don’t understand how someone else can be prioritized in two days after a contract was sent over. I called them and they were not willing to do anything about it. They only offered me another unit in the building that I have already checked and it didn’t work for me. This unit was double the size and double the price of the one I was trying to get and it didn’t have what I needed to run a successful business. After I said that it’s not a fare offer, they just disappeared. I can not tell you how much stress these people have caused me, I’m not even mentioning all the time I lost that I could be looking for a different space.

As we all know, finding an apartment in Los Angeles can prove to be difficult. The market is saturated with low quality places at exorbitant price points. When my partner and I made the decision to move in together, we were looking for a place that would meet our high standards. Enter Danny. From the moment he showed the apartment to the second we signed the lease, Danny was an absolute gem. I am super thankful he came along when he did because I don't know where we would be without him. If you are looking for someone who will go the extra mile, check in with Danny. He will surely take care of you!

I've been living in LA for 6 years and have moved around quite a bit within that time frame; with that said, my experience with South Park Group has been amazing. I found a listing that I fell in love with and South Park's leasing agent Danny went above and beyond to help me in the process. I still touch base with him regularly and he's always so helpful -- very rare to find in LA when shopping for places to live! Would 100% recommend South Park Group to my friends.

It has been a great experience dealing with South Park Group. Danny and Jack are kind, attentive, and responsive and made the experience an ease during my move. Communication has been wonderful during this new transitional time for me. As a newbie, I look forward to being in the South Park Group community.

In the middle of a pandemic and dealing with our current nightmare of subpar building management and horrible neighbors that live below us, we searched diligently and dealt with the sleaziest and careless of people for weeks after our lease ended to find a way out and a fresh start in the big city! On our final threads of patience we came across our agent Danny (a true diamond in the rough) who was listing our now new apartment on N Orange drive that we ended up finding with his help! He’s done nothing but step up to the plate for us and batted in big with getting us everything we were looking for in our new spot! He’s answered us always in a timely fashion despite being busy and grinding out long days and was responsive past business hours to hear us out with any questions we had, he is a great reflection of the Southpark group and how they operate and run business! The Southpark group alongside Danny were one of the biggest blessings we received while battling these wild times of a world wide pandemic! Very grateful for our new home and our new relationship with a great company that does it right on all aspects! Cheers from your new tenants Adam & Maranda!

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. I am not sure how detailed I should make this but here it goes, I know when someone leaves a long review they look crazy, I would like to state I have never left a long review like this but this experience was so awful I cannot stand by and say nothing. I experienced racism, unfair treatment, and terrible service. When looking for an office space we toured many places doing our due diligence the best we could, should have looked up the reviews for the property management company, that was our mistake. Rory showed us the office and was kind/professional before we signed the lease of course. I have rented many apartments/houses in my life without any issues but this was my first time renting a commercial space. We signed a one year lease and gave a two month security deposit. It should also be known we explained to them our business ahead of time, we were creating a sound recording studio and would have clients coming in to record audio conversations. We used the space maybe two hours a day, we paid rent on time and were very quiet, clean, and respectful tenants. I or my partner was always there during any recordings as we put thousands of dollars into equipment as well as sound proofing the space. Right away we started having issues, a neighboring space complained that we would give building access to strangers without one of us there, we explained to the property manager that we had over 20k of recording equipment in our office and definitely would not be giving access to anyone without us present. Shortly into our rental the building was broken into and very oddly we were accused of being responsible for the breakin. Oddly enough almost every time we got a complaint it was on a day we had a black client come into record his podcast. Two months into our lease Covid-19 hit. We were now barely using our space due to social distancing. We emailed the owner asking for a discount in rent by $200. The owner Ok'd this which we are grateful for. It was at this time, South Park Rental group became very rude towards us. On rare occasions I would see an employee in the building they would give us attitude and dirty looks. When I would email them for requests on setting up automatic payment, they would completely ignore us. In fact, the only way we were able to get a response from them was to not pay our rent and then they would respond. They started emailing us telling us that we weren't wearing masks when entering our unit which was required. The only time my partner and I did not have our masks on was when the building was empty. I take Covid very seriously and if I were to ever hear a neighbor coming or see them I would definitely put on a mask. In fact the few times I did see a neighbor it was them, not me, who was not wearing a mask. None the less they sent us written complaints about not wearing masks. They also sent us security video footage of us entering the building without a mask. As soon as we were told, we wore masks every time, even if no one else in the small building did. We then got notice that they would not be renewing our lease. When I inquired as to why, they of course did not respond. We then again held payment until they responded. Their response was, "Your rent is due on the first of each month and it has not been paid." Meanwhile you are wondering why the building does not want to renew your lease. " - David I calmly explained that we pay our rent on time and the only times we haven't paid is when they refuse to respond to our communications. They then went on to say we have received noise and mask complaints, which is simply not true. I now realize that the reason we were sent these complaints was so they could use these excuses to not renew our lease. After we received notice to vacate the premises, the building started a construction project downstairs. This lasted for a week straight. They gave us no notice of construction but the construction noise rendered our space useless for us as a recording studio. Because of the extreme
