George Lenz you are a jerk! You are very nasty and so is the lady who called me!!! I cannot believe AAA is contracted with this horrible company! If a Premier member has to deal with this type of customer service, I cannot imagine what a regular member goes through. AAA you have to find a better company!

We were at the plaza when my car was being towed. They just refused to release the car!The person was so rude and he said “you need to pay me to get your car”! He didn’t answer any useful questions besides scamming people to get money!

Criminals. My car was moved by the parking lot where I parked it to another location because they rented the lot to a film production company. They were no help. They had no idea where they put my car. Finally South Coast towed it from where the parking lot company had lost/hidden it. South Coast sent me a letter telling me that they were going to sell my car if I didn't pay them an exorbitant amount of money (over $1000.00 by the time I got the letter and going up $71.50 per day.). They were just garbage to deal with. Completely uncooperative. Basically they stole my car. If you come in contact with them you are screwed. I will be filing a complaint against both with the Better Business Bureau and DMV. You can see from others comments that my experience is not unique.

Called to try and contract them to tow cars parked in fire lane on our rental property, Mario has zero clue on how to talk to people professionally on the phone. That said enough for me. Take our business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Alpha. He arrived within 30-40 minutes and was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would call him again in a second if I needed a towing service again.

They answer my calls very rude they did not verify their location they lied to me and said they were open on Sundays when they were not and they charge an extra fee if they do have to come in on a weekend or a holiday to until your car I was wrongfully towed by this company and the people that called it in !

I went to pick up my car which had been towed from across the street from my house and my car didn’t start. Seems like the tow truck driver dragged my car in gear while it was being towed and seriously ruined my engine. I hope they are able to do something about ruining my car because now I’m completely without a vehicleService: Car towing
