Rooms: The bed are quite sturdy. Did not feel our hear any awkward springs in the mattress.
Walkability: Having a laundromat and donut shop right across the street was very nice.

Rooms: i was pleasantly surprised ! besides being in a bad /intimidating area of town , the rooms were very clean , updated and one of the most comfortable beds ive ever slept on. We loved the updated sliding turquoise doors ! The guy at the front desk didn't say much ( im sure do to language barriers) and they were strict with the cash deposit, and zero tolerance signs but i liked that actually cant be too careful in that area. The fridge wasn't plugged in which wasn't that necessary. the air conditioner worked awesome and was quiet . everything in the room was beautiful! i was worried our car might be messed with by a bumm or something, if they added a security gate with a code or something this would be our go to motel every time in the area!!cant beat the price , very close to BMO stadium walking distance if you can walk a little over a mile . honestly no complaints at all no fuss no issues straight to the point , we loved it .

The front desk lady was EXTREMELY RUDE! I tried to ask her a question about payment and she immediately started yelling and was mad from the beginning. I was calm, I didn’t raise my voice or anything. I asked her why was she mad, I also said “I’m not arguing, I’m not raising my voice, I just have a question” to which she continued to be rude and just said call my boss and ignored me, just telling me it’s check out time.

Okay, the location is ROUGH, but this place feels like a diamond in the rough. I stayed here because I had a work event at USC. The location was very close, less than 2 miles.
Is it walkable? Depends on you, but we walked and it was fine, but don't be dumb and walk with airpods in and your iphone in your hand.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They even let me keep a box with them at the front desk as a coworker would be picking it up the following day.
I would 10/10 stay here again if I need to be close to downtown and looking for good value budget stay. The rooms were clean and there wasn't anything I needed I didn't have access to.

Great little Motel! Room was spacious and super clean. Absolutely love the LED lights around the bed. Gives the room great vibes. Location was perfect for my stay. I was visiting family and they were just 4 minutes away at all times of the day. Service was ok, but given the area it might be due to past guests. The male front desk clerk didn't seem very pleased to have guests (no smile or thank you) but the female was very kind, smiley and happy to have us. Wish they had complementary coffee in the morning but there is a grocery store not far from the motel. Room was serviced everyday and had the best smell. After a long day coming back to that was amazing! Definitely would stay again!

This was a business trip. I stayed at this motel for a total of six nights in room 105. The room was just as seen in the photos, very open, big, and turquoise. The staff was friendly, although the spouse of the manager is not so kind. I can tell they deal with some not so nice people though, and can understand her attitude. The motel has a single EV charger, which was perfect for my visit. The downsides of this motel includes not having a coffee pot or microwave in the room, the towels are old, the bedding is old, and the Friday/Saturday night patrons are loud and obnoxious. The motel itself is in a very intimidating part of town, police choppers flew over almost twice a day minimum. The Citizen app always had assault or robbery incidents nearby. I will say, after everything I saw in South LA, the hotel felt very safe and was a comfortable place to rest each night. It would add to the security vibe if the entrance had an automatic and lockable gate for tenants considering the night window is facing the entrance.

The guy at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. The rooms were really clean and look just like the pictures and it pretty nice. The bed lights were a plus for my girl so big thumbs up and THEY HAVE CABLE!

Quiet, clean and cozy. Check in was easy. Must provide ID for anyone staying and give a $50 cash deposit. This was fine by me as it seems to be the owners way of keeping the room rates reasonable, without allowing illicit activities.Room was clean. We only had 2 bath towels. No hands towels or wash clothes. We made due.Fine for overnight stay in LA area. Would be OK for longterm too.Rooms: Room was simple. Clean and newer. Bed, dresser, rack and bathroom. Clean bedsheets and floors.Safety: Seemed like a safe area. No negative vibes at all. Parking was in their own lot.

When we first checked into our room I can tell that our room was thoroughly cleaned for our arrival. The room looked modern with a space saving layout. I chose to sleep near the AC as I tend to like the room cool when I sleep and my husband likes it warmer. Because of the shelf above the AC blocked its natural blowing direction from up to directly onto the bed. It was awful! We were there for 3 night and every night I got woken up by the AC because it would blow cold air directly on to me and sometime when it blew it picked up my sheets like a parachute. I tried to tuck in my sheets under me as when it's not blowing it gets warm in the room but as a restless sleeper, it didn't work. By the third day I was miserable couldn't keep my eyes open for lack of sleep and I got sick. Another item was when I needed to use the outlet by the mirror to get ready in the morning it didn't work. I reported it and they said they would look into it. They did not and it still didn't work the next day.Plusses - their AC works fine, room layout was generally well planned, late check in was efficient as I called earlier to advise, bed was comfortable, Minuses - AC made it hard to sleep, no hangers (so if you need to dress nice for an event don't come here as they don't have an iron as well), no KleenexOverall there is no false advertising of this place. They list pretty much everything they offer. If it's not listed they don't have it down to the coffee maker, Kleenex and iron. I would recommend this as a budget hotel if you don't need to go to a special event to look nice. If you are here for a casual visit it could work for your needs.
