This is my first time having to use a storage unit, and the process could not have been smoother. They have been extremely accommodating. The facility is also very clean and easy to access. JB was extremely helpful and would 100% recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for storage!

I've been a 20 year tenant (started in June 2004) at this facility for several reasons: First and foremost, best-in-class managerial oversight that is active, responsive, and regularly present, which is definitely *not* the case at larger national franchises. In addition to that, the facility is always kept clean and secure, and it's in a prime location. Most important - and distinctive from its competitors - is the service-oriented management. Ruby, the on-site GM, plus her staff make a clear effort to distinguish SoCal Sawtelle through that attention and 1-on-1 awareness of every customer. There's no question that's what's kept me there as both a personal and commercial client for multiple decades. Highly recommended.

JB and Claudia helped us move in and just exuded positivity! They were both so friendly, with JB showing us around and helping us move some of our things. Every time I walk in it’s positive vibes and warm welcomes. I actually get in a good mood whenever I’m on my way over here, which is kind of funny, because it’s a storage unit. But it really is great here. Not to mention very secure and well-maintained!

Very reliable storage, quick and easy to move things in and out. They provide carts to move multiple bags, and the storage units are very secure. I'm a college student so this was close/convenient for me, rates are good and even the small unit was more than enough for my brother and I to store our things!

During a renovation, I stored selective household belongings at SoCal Self Storage. The staff was knowledgable and considerate, they worked with me to get my questions answered. I felt that the unit are secure and protected. It was easy to make arrangements and store my belongings and it was just as easy to close out the account. I would use them again if the need arises.
