I have tried others in LA, this is my favourite.

This was the best storage facility I have ever used! It’s incredibly clean, secure and everyone who works here is very friendly. Moses, Jesse and Doris are always helpful and kind. I recommend this to all my friends that need to safely store anything!

I rented a unit here for nearly a year. I had a great experience. There was an instance where my unit needed to be moved for routine maintenance and Moses gave me 1/2 off rent and bought me lunch to make it right, even though all my stuff was exactly how I left it. Also while moving out, my car overheated and Moses allowed me to keep my car in the parking lot until I could determine the root cause of the issue. I highly recommend this company to whoever is in the Hollywood area looking for storage solutions.

I’ve had the loveliest experience with SoCal storage. The office staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The units themselves are clean and easy to navigate and there’s plenty of options for space. I have a 5x10 and my things have been secure since I moved stuff in. The entire process of getting the unit, moving in, and getting things as needed is smooth and my things are safe. Security is excellent also. Highly recommend if you want to feel safe and secure about your things, and have an easy process of storing them.

Not sure how much more pleasant and accommodating a storage unit can be! Rented a unit here for ten years with no complaints.
Super clean, air conditioned (really important during the summer months), with music softly playing in the hallways. Sufficient lighting and good business hours. Carts for loading and transport between car to unit in good working condition. Everything seems to be well-considered and cared for, up to the signs posted and Hollywood star-themed murals decorating each floor by the elevator. Even the bathroom is comfortable and well-maintained. Extremely friendly staff — just excellent customer service.
Rental rate increases are infrequent and always compliant with local LA County law. Always communicated by a mailed letter in a reasonable amount of time.
Easy-to-use online payment system. Responsive communication during the few times something technical went wrong.
I’ve only used one other storage unit that’s a national chain with an orange-theme. It simply doesn’t come close to the standard SoCal Storage Hollywood has set!

The staff here very helpful and polite. The facilities are very clean and well kept. Ample parking as well, even if you have a box truck you can fit that in the lot here. I also felt like my belongings here were very secure. For a place like Hollywood, thats very hit or miss. SoCal Selfstorage is one of the best!

Wonderful storage facility. Very well maintained and located right in the heart of Hollywood.
Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff, including Moses, Jesse and Doris. They really went above and beyond to help me out with a challenging situation related to my storage units. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a storage place and we absolutely love how friendly the staff are at SoCal Storage, how cleaned the storage units are. There is a special code to get to the floor your storage is located on and security is huge for us as we were looking for spaces to rent. Would highly reccommend to anyone in SoCal looking for storage! You won't regret it!

SoCal Storage has professional, helpful, accommodating staff in the office at all times. They offer coffee and cold water refreshments to their customers. The units and building are well maintained, secure and clean which was important to me. SoCal offers an enormous moving van and moving carts on the premises for you to use if needed! Knowing that they have top tier security measures put in place I can rely on my items being stowed away safely. Thank you Moses and Jessie for being so wonderfully helpful and thoughtful during this moving process!
