so disappointed to see that the way they’ve handled my skirts. Why would you insert a safety pin through the fabric?? These are made of silk and are delicate garments. That’s the whole point of me bringing them to the dry cleaners, because I thought you all would be careful. I don’t recommend you come here if you have delicate clothes that need to be properly handled ☹️

I set up weekly pickups and they are always keeping me updated on when they’re coming or if I need to skip pickup

I like the way my clothes smell and feel (soft) after being cleaned here. They do a really nice job, Everything is folded so nicely. They are consistent with arriving when scheduled for pick up or drop off. This service has been a luxury I am treating myself to. Soaperstars has made my life easier.

Wow! I had no idea this kind of thing even existed until my dryer broke and I had 2 weeks worth of family laundry and zero free time or interest in spending a day in a laundromat. Folding is my nemesis.This service was fantastic ! Lu was very helpful in scheduling. They came and picked it up and it was dropped off again by the same time the next day, sealed in neat stacks. It was even pretty much sorted into man, woman, girl and toddler to make it easy to put away. My favorite part was I accidentally included sweaters and they came back clean and folded. I can't see the need to use a dry cleaner again! The whole massive load only set me back $90 which was WELL worth the many hours it did not take me. I'm hooked! Five stars!

Love their services! Clothes are returned well taken care of. You can select the type of detergent they use so that it isn't a strong perfume smell I have seen other places use. I can request a pickup on the same day and receive back the next. They are amazing!

Love this business! My clothes and other laundry always comes back fresh, nicely folded and separated. I love that you can select whatever kind of laundering options you like (fragrance free, delicate dry, etc). The customer service is superb— prompt pick up and delivery, flexible scheduling, responsive hotline. One less thing for me to think about when I came home with a newborn!

I just used soaperstars for the first time ever. I read a bunch of super positive reviews and decided that I should try their service. I called them up to ask about their all natural laundry detergent. I usually use Seventh Generation or Mrs. Meyers. The gentleman on the phone assured me that the all natural Ecos laundry detergent that they use (when requested) has a very light scent. Well, long story short, it was not a light scent. It was perfumy and disgusting smelling. I had trouble sleeping that night because the odor of my sleep wear was so strong and the next morning my 6 year old daughter complained about the smell. I called the company and told them the problem and they were ready to rewash everything again for me for free. I didn't feel like going through all my drawers, pulling everything out and rewashing everything, but I did happen to have another pile of dirty laundry ready to go... I've been dealing with a flooded laundry room at my apartment complex so my laundry had piled up pretty bad. The man I spoke to on the phone assured me that they would come pick up my laundry that same day and return it to me the very next day free of charge. Well, they picked up my laundry (and my seventh generation detergent) the same day and returned it washed and folded that same day! I couldn't believe it! That's exceptional service! So while the Ecos detergent was a failure, soaperstars overall was a great success! They pick up and drop off laundry on time and do an excellent washing/ folding job! And customer service is exceptional! I even received a free laundry bag. I would definitely use their service again... minus the smelly Ecos laundry detergent ofcourse!

Found this little gem by chance and I'm so glad I did. My laundry comes out so clean and smells so good. It's folded so nice. You can tell they take their time and care into what they do. It's so convenient because I can drop my dry cleaning off as well. I love this place and for the price you can't beat it! I would recommend this place to everyone l. Thanks Soapsters! You're the best!

I have a small hair salon in south Pasadena and use Soaperstars for my capes and towels. They are AWESOME!!!!! Reliable, reasonable and super friendly. They pick up and drop of next day. Amazing. Thank you Soaperstars!!!
