I moved to LA in 2014 and for 7 years was busting around town with my tank half empty. Raffi and team were the uncles i needed to stay safe and feel looked after with my vehicles. They kept my 2000 Infiniti qx4 running until i sold it, and then looked after my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe until i sold that and finally got my first new car. Any one complaining about this shop probably doesn't like waiting, can't parallel park or can't reverse. One or all of those three. The team are honest, BUSY, and friendly! Go here if you're new to LA and have a car that needs a mechanic.

This is been the only alignment shop and mechanic that I've trusted with my ID for the last eight years yes I own a 14-year Audi and it still runs great except for a couple of least only do this man Raffi M. At Sniper alignment is a very fair Christian man who loves to go fishing and has a big family if you can get an appointment with him you couldn't get a better mechanic! they will work 4 you until they solveu 6 your problem I consider this Man a adopted Uncle I consider him one of the best people on the planet and he knows German cars in and out I've seen them tear apart a whole BMW engine get it running for me like a kid trust this man if you're lucky enough to get work done by this man you've got the best this is Chase Nikko tell it to you straight yes I've known them forever but like I said he's good...

I have finally found a mechanic that knows what he is doing and does NOT try to rip people off!!! I got new front and rear brakes for a VERY reasonable price. Patrick was super nice, friendly and helpful. I just wish I had met him sooner!!

They are the best mechanics in West Los Angeles/ mid city. They are fair and fast honest mechanics. I refuse to take my car anyplace else.

Raffi the mechanic was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I needed an estimate and Raffi did it for free. He also gave me some advice about my car, not trying to sell me anything, just being honest. It was not worth it for me to fix my car, but if I would have fix it, I definitely would have done it there, and trust my friend recommendation. Frederic

I have a 2003 Land Rover- foreign and old equals expensive repairs. Raffi has always been honest with me and has enabled me to keep my car on the road. He’s the best!

having a classic seems to make previous mechanics go into a strange daze-usually with the comment, it's an old car. Duh! it's mine, I know how old it is. Over the years, after trusting my repairs to different mechanics that I thought, because the shop had been in business would be do the repair as diagnosed. Well, time after time, of having to return and being told; "oh, my work is right, but, because the car is "old", now this needs to be done-of course, the next repair was $$$ more. I was ready to let my Classic GO!! I'd had more than enough of trusting shops with my repairs, and after having to return multiple times in an effort of getting the repair done correctly, rudeness of incompetent mechanics and the high 'gouging' repair costs -I Was Too Tired of trusting and being disappointed with the work I'd paid to be done correctly. If they couldn't repair my car, just be honest with me, that's what I wanted, not having me pay for work; if any work was actually done when I had to leave my car at the shop. All that to come to Wonderful Part of my comments- if You like Me, have had the "repair shop runaround," no longer want to deal with dishonest, shabby work, high and often unnecessary repair costs, PLEASE, call SNIPER AUTO and ask to speak to RAFFI, he will give you a soon as possible appointment, and once there, you will be listened to, treated with courtesy and respect, get a honest diagnosis, and most importantly, the repair will be done timely, the costs will be honest and fair, and you will be as Thankful for the Service you've received as I continue to be. CALL RAFFI, his work is of the highest quality.

Raffi is the best. No better place to bring my car. Only guy I've known to be honest, kind and gives superior work. I recommend sniper alignment to everyone, knowing he knows what he's doing.

I had been to Raffi's Sniper Autoshop before with my desperate flat that he had fixed without a dime. He is that neighborhood autoshop that you would go to for anything, even a paint job. Recently my neighbor backed into my one year old Tesla, so I went to Raffi for help . He immediately called up his friend Nick at Impact Auto Body and Paint shop across the street, who made my car brand new. With Raffi at Sniper and Nick at Impact Auto Body/Paint around, I am 100% relieved. It's the Go-To for me because I trust their price, their good heart, their awesome great work and work ethic, and kindness. I trust them with my own parents and friends! Thank you Raffi for being here for me whenever I'm in desperate need of autorepairs !

Raffi is legit. Anoop is also a great guy. They always have a line of cars because they are fair, fix it right, and don't cheat you. I have used Sniper for 10 years and will continue going for years to come. You will always have a laugh talking with them. Many more than 5 stars.
