The guy I was with on the phone was very rude I wanted headphones for my girlfriend for our anniversary but I just wanted to go test then first and he told me pay first then go see them horrible guy.

I have worked with this pawn shop plenty, and for the most part although they were considerably below average in terms of customer service, they were typically fair. As a matter of fact I still have a few things in there that I need to get out, along with the ruby ring I just got back come to think of it. But my last few visits there, in the evening, have been so horrendously bad I highly doubt I will ever do business with this company again unless the obese jerk with the long hair is either gone, or go through formal training not only in identifying gold, but in customer service..Twice in a row, he refused to test my items cleaning he can "tell," it's not Gold and lo and behold i taje it elsewhere abd yes it is.First time just the acid test (what's 14 k exactly as a stamp on the item said) the second time he was so rude and over the top trying to say "it's obvious you're just trying to get money out us " basically accusing me of trying defraud you(Loudly - it was embarrassing he made a scene) did I took it a step further and had the metal analyzed buy a professional with their equipment -and unsurprisingly it was in fact in the second case, 18k gold exactly as it was clearly stamped- 75% gold, 17% iron and 8% copper - it was a grayish white gold piece... The iron contentAccounting for why it had a slight reactionAlthough not strong enough reaction to remain attached to the magnet with gravity) which was the basis of his nonsense statement which is going to cost your company a lot of money in business so I'm not just for me but from the five people that I sent to you guys who I could easily tell to stop coming - along with anybody they would have recommended. Until I hear back for one with the direct apology, another with some commitment to retrain your employees and learn to test test instead of being the poster child for the dunning Kruger paradox -I will be taking my items a part of your shop for good and taking my business elsewhere going forward

This pawn shop is a scam I lay away a gold chain 2 weeks ago with a deposit and 5 days later one of the employees was calling me and texting me from her personal cellphone # harassing me asking me to pay more money for the chain when I showed up to pay off the chain they refused to give me the product and they were insisting me to cancel the order, when I call the owner he lied and told me that he’s no longer the owner, what a scammer I will sue them for their unlawful act.

When I come they are always helpful I consider them as family to be honest it really can't get any better when it comes to your stuff being safely stored, great customer service. At night they're open until 12am my boy angel gone take care of you and make sure yo visit goes smoothly 5star and highly recommend fasure thank y'all.

The store manager is incredibly rude and shocking. he stole my items and pretended their store was on fire but “operational” he also called me a liar and that I should’ve got my stuff before it was due , he was calling me a liar because he was angry for lying to every customer and projected that onto me. I asked him to take a customer service course . He wouldn’t disclose his name and he’s the store manager , he is a thief and a liar AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE IF YOU'RE FROM OUT OF TOWN BE CAREFUL , after all it’s very dangerous area , used to be a nice place. Avoid for your own sanity and safety.
