Recently bought a $50 hotspot from this location (simple mobile/T-Mobile) and it worked for a solid hour or two before it stopped connecting to anything. I JUST paid to have it activated, therefore I should have so much usable data on it but it simply won’t connect to anything anymore. I tried to call the store and they blocked my number. Keep in mind it was $110 to activate it plus the hotspot so I just lost $110.And of course conveniently, the hotspot is ineligible for returns or refunds.

Great staff !!! Had to bring my phone from across the street to this place since it wasn’t fixed right and the tech from smart mobile solutions ( aka the spot ) with no extra charge. He hooked it up and I’ll definitely come back. All the way from Elsinore.
