This place needs a 10 items or less lane so bad.. I shouldn’t have to wait 15-20 min to buy 9 items.

This smart and final has a lot of extra parking. The cashiers are kind however there are always long lines and no self check out. They need to have more registers open.

Smart and final has credit card machine issues. Routinely , my Apple Pay and physical debit card will not process correctly - the machines freeze and require a restart.For some reason, the manager, a Latina woman, asked to see my ID after an unsuccessful attempt run my cards the third time. I found this deeply insulting, especially since I had just shown her my license to scan alcohol.Finally, a third register worked. But this kind of behavior isn’t acceptable. The manager did apologize, to her credit, but my hope is that future patrons are not treated like criminals due to your faulty machines.

okay sooooo this is kinda not even a review but like I work at the Lowe's and was hungry so I went to smart and final which I never go to because I'm lazy asf . I was trying to reach for one of the fruit bowls but I wasn't tall enough to reach one of the top shelf i asked the tall guy with curly hair he looks mean but he was very kind and sweet and cute I know he's never going to see this but customer service is amazing But if you do I work mon-Friday the fruit bowl was amazingggg!!!

That supermarket does not respect the prices that "accordingly" they put on specials, for example there was the weekly special on fabric softener (Gain) at $7.99 and they charged me $9.99 plus tax, which is their regular price, to the people who If you buy at that place, please check your purchase receipts because they charge you more and sometimes they don't give you all your money back. In addition, the prices they charge you for the receipt are very confusing and it is not known for sure what price they are charging you. The lines take too long, because the cashiers take too long to bag the merchandise of lazy customers who do not do it themselves. themselves, that takes a lot of time.
