They open at 6am, start selling alcoholic beverages at 7am but.., They don't have a cashier until 8am and you can't buy it at the self-service even if the manager is there.. High level IQ by the manager ???

My name is Gustavo Miranda I work there 3 years ago when Rosa was the store manager ..I work for Smart final for like 6 years.I was in charge of produce department but Rosa fired me for no reason and I use to love to work for them I have a lot experience for produce and I told Rosa that I need it 2 weeks off because I was haven it family problems and i was going late for few weeks and I told her to give me two weeks off to fix my problems and she just fired me.but she didn't listen to me i will like to go back rosa she wasn't a good store manager ..I got there went produce was doing really bad like in 2019 or 2020 thank u so much Richard qive me another opportunity to go back..

The store is good, the attitude of the employees in general is very bad, they are despotic and rude, and the cashiers are even more rude, today a black lady with pink hair helped me and she looked very upset, I greeted her and she doesn't answer He greeted me, scanning the products and throwing things away, HE MADE ME FEEL DISCRIMINATED, I asked him for change and he ignored me and continued with the other customer, a thousand times TARGET their young employees are EDUCATED, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Horrible customer service,the manager the worst(red Hair.) Ava actually she said she was the manager but she wasn’t, arrogant and totally careless! Terrible employees, (Liz) super rude and lazy!! You should Be ashamed to run a business in this way!!!! … and I want to add super discriminative with no Latino!!! Really really low level!!

The place is clean and has a nice variety of goods. I had a problem using the app. Scanning items and coupons from aisles kept coming up as errors. Prices are a bit high but not on all items. Overall, after my first visit I can say that I will return but only for certain items like milk, cheese, bread, soda, hot chocolate mix and maybe corn tortillas. All other items I rather go elsewhere.

A great store with fair prices. Just don’t use the restrooms! I felt dirty just washing my hands. Besides smelling horrible, the filth is horrendous. At the very least they should fix the exhaust fan to get the smell out.

I spent an hour and a half picking out groceries, but in the end, the system crashed because it wasn't equipped to handle such volume. Moreover, they refused to accept cash.

I watched this security guard follow this older black man who was buying regular groceries around the entire store just watching him, very odd behavior that he didn't even try to hide it either. Blatant racial profiling

There are products at a good price but the attention of the cashiers is very bad. A long time ago a cashier treated me very badly. She is now an elderly person and out of respect for her age I did not say anything to her but today a 19-year-old cashier was very bad manners to serve me, I let the manager know

This S&F is awful. The Black American security guard is a big party of the problem. On several occasions I have witnessed him getting in unnecessary verbal altercations with customers & then loudly recounting the entire interaction with his co-workers while getting them all riled up and involved in his drama. Today I witnessed an elderly woman politely ask him if there would be another checkout opening since there was a VERY large line and only one checker, this set him off into a whole fit. He was yelling and carrying on, getting 3 other employees involved while he was filling them in on why he was yelling. Then a Blue haired checker did come back and came to her station and a customer proceeded to enter her line and he came running over shouting at the customer telling them to back off and wait because the female checker had just come back from break and to give her some time. Meanwhile this checker with the Blue hair went along with this nonsense and just stood there purposefully and made everyone wait while the security guard (yet again) retold his story about the customer asking for another checkout line to be opened. Both the security guard and the Blue haired checker went into telling stories about how CVS only has one checkout, their bank only has one check out, so why would it be any different here. Then they went on a whole rant saying the customers need to figure out how to use self checkout, or get comfortable waiting. I get it, it's a low end grocery store and it's hard getting quality employees to sign up for a place like this, but they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Hello There, I went to this location and was checked out by a girl name Patricia. Horrible customer service. She was throwing my items into bags and had a nasty attitude. A older gentleman came up to her to ask regarding his charges and told him to WAIT with an attitude the gentleman just wanted to know why he was being charged more then what was listed. Beside that everyone else that has helped me has been very nice and kind when being checked out.
