They store manager Cristina was so rude yesterday as I was doing my shopping I had to use the restroom I’m 7 months pregnant and asked my husband to ask her for the bathroom code and she said if it’s lock someone is inside which of course it’s not locked it had a code and we waited 10 min outside the door no one was in there when she saw I went up to the cashier and asked her for the restroom code she rushed to her and whispered in her ears bathrooms are out of service. What a terrible person

The prices are good you have to be very carefully selecting the products and afterwards storing them as they are soon to be expired in some cases, for example in the big promo prices. The line is a little slow and they allow people with speakers in the mini kart playing banda super loud. I don't even know what to say about that.

It doesn't have rotisserie chicken, or very much meat and poetry section. Some of the people were friendly and some were not. I tried asking an associate if they had rotisserie chicken, and she snapped at me and said she was on break, well she did have her bage on I will not name her, they just need to educate there employees better. The cashier was nice and friendly. And the security guard was nice and polite. I was there on 11/14/2023At 3:13pm. Sadly I will not be going to this store in the future, and it was the very first time going to this store at this location. I was prest for time and couldn't go to my regular smart & final, this was close to at the time.

Cashiers are rude and bitter. I think this store needs to hire people that care about costumers and are willing to help or at least give a smile back, isn't that require on the resume? they look like they hate their jobs... honestly pretty bad to have these people attending costumers, if they don't want to deal with us COSTUMERS, get a job in a place where you don't have to deal with us, simple, we don't need to see your bitter faces when checking out... rude at everyone even little ones, if you hate your job just get another job xd

very bad the security guards are very disrespectful and the parking is for THE lunch box that sells tacos the guards spend THE time talking instead of very THE security of the customers and security personnel change
