Sounds like the only people that’s crying and complaining is the ones that didn’t have full coverage on their vehicle. Don’t go to the body shop if you don’t have full coverage it’s just that simple stop crying. Stop complaining when you didn’t pay your insurance. And then you abandon your car at the shop and expect for the shop to store your car for free. you have your car towed to a body shop and you don’t have full coverage You really need to go slap yourself.

Took my friend to check on her car and the owner yelled at her in text about checking on her own vehicle. Contacted three times to be told the car was done just to be told upon arrival that the car was not in fact done. So shady, don't go near the place. Claims insurance didn't pay for work even though insurance CC'd her on payments. Points at random parts claiming they will replaced at his own cost. I find this all extremely unlikely.

Crooks will tell you they will tow your car for free from the accident scene if you allow them to fix the body damages to your car accident and then later charge you 700 dollars in daily storage fees and the tow. Don’t trust them,

Horrible place do not trust the owner he is a liar I had full coverage and he messed up my brand new car I do not recommend him he is horrible

First this location is open - my car was picked up from here 3/14/22. The work is horrible so it should be closed the lack of professionalism from the owner made a process take from 11/21-3/22. Yes that is how long my car was there. My insurance was a nightmare as well that's a separate review. Dion did not do a estimate to give my insurance which was a start of a tug a war on how much my repairs cost and dragged everything out. Then we will get to the point of this yelp the quality of work- my car is missing pieces the undercarriage is dragging and Dion is ignoring every text and phone call but has been fully paid. Do I have receipts well I wouldn't be posting if I didn't. My car was sent there because it's a black owned business and we were trying to support a FRIEND!! which makes this post all the more sad. I have been brushed off ignored and snapped at by Dion all while trying to get my Mercedes E350 back in one piece. So I text Dion this morning and he claims my boyfriend has called him a 2AM and that somehow gives him the right to curse me out and block me - when I asked for this to just be fixed and nicely no cursing and he was contacted in his business hours by me not at 2 am
