Do not buy from this company! Product failed on 3rd flight. Have been regularly emailing them for 2 months now. The customer service is beyond horrible. All return emails eventually lead to " we are experiencing high ticket volumes." For 2 months?

I’ve been in touch several times hoping to get a replacement part for our toy that has not worked right and they haven’t responded. They responded after the first request and after trying all their troubleshooting options to no avail I sent them a video (at their request) of our issue and it’s been over a month and no response. Very disappointing customer service and displeased with the Moji dog.

Impossible to get any communication or find replacement parts. I am really disappointed. Phone number does not accept messages. Seems incredibly shady. Expensive toy broke on first day and all I want to do is find parts to fix this gift someone else bought my kids.

I recently bought a Moji for my daughter and we were having issues with how to use the cards. We contacted their support team and received help immediately! We couldn't be happier with the product and the service received. Product is working fantastic and my daughter is loving her new dog!!

Recently bought a drone from this company, I had an issue with the charger and they sent me two new chargers and two extra batteries for my trouble, free of charge. I also bought an airplane a few years back, they were pretty helpful then..

Don't know what's up with all the negative reviews, but I just bought a SkyViper Journey SE Video Drone from Target and there's nothing I would complain about. Was able to take two flights way up in the air without any issue. Photos and videos taken and shared were also of decent quality.You get what you pay for. A drone under $100 clearly will be far from what a $600+ hobbyist drone will offer you.

Daughter saved up her money for a Blume doll, was so excited to "grow" her. The accessories they come with are a pair of pants and a pair of shoes. Her doll was a mermaid, in other words, no legs and no shoes. When I asked their customer support about this, they said they could send her a different set of accessories at my expense (pay shipping and handling) but they would just be another pair of pants and pair of shoes. I asked what good that would be since her doll had NO LEGS AND NO FEET. Never heard back from them.

Had a slight issue with not knowing about how long it would take to get my ordered product but customer service definitely helped me out and hooked me up with some extra stuff for the inconvenience

Just terrible. I ordered 2 propellers for my sky viper mini and they still haven't come in yet (ordered in the 31st of May) company won't answer phone. Seems like one big scandle to me.

Got a Pomsies Loomie, like many other reviews toy was stuck on try me mode. Cannot get a replacement as no longer stocked in Aus, 3 weeks after purchase. Head office told me, "As you are in Australia we are unable to assist, we do not ship outside of the US / Canada" Do not buy their products if you live in Aus. A quick search for reviews shows that around 30% of these toys had the same issue !!!!
