The most amazing experience. Allyssa was incredible customer service and Casey the manager so kind and helpful. I just bought 5 pairs of shoes. I have really bad wide feet. Everything hurts me but i Love what i bought and these salespeople were patient and wonderful. Allyssa worked so so hard to help me. Thank you!!

I had the best shopping experience ever at Skechers in Century City! Sales Rep, Tyrone helped me decide which shoes were best for my needs. He was knowledgeable on which styles were in stock, and took the time to explain the features of the ones I was interested in. His attention to customer service will ensure my next visit to Skechers in Century City when I'm in he market for new shoes.Thank you, Tyronne!

Great store in the Century City mall. Plenty of great shoes, socks, and some apparel. Bought tennis shoes with incredible support and some work socks. Free parking for and hour or two, you'll have to check.

I feel that my time was wasted today (04/02/2023) as nobody noticed or helped me, and the staff disappeared. I wasn't able to buy new shoes today, even though I needed them desperately. I highly suggest that the management investigate this situation and either replace or train the current staff. I have never complained before, but my free time is very limited, and I would appreciate a better experience in the future.

My father is a treasurer for a year now. He comes to the Hanel branch from time to time and asks about a shoe he liked and they make false promises that the next time he comes they will probably be in stock, they didn't even bother to try to order, it's not nice to work for an old man.

This store has an amazing customer service assistant by the name of Veronica I called the store to ask if they have that special walking shoes available I told her there is a store to carry it but I couldn't get through them very kindly she offered to try to call them I mentioned I was having hard time calling that store some how their phone was not ringing as soon as I told her she tried and notice there was an issue with their phone she offered to email them and call me back couple of hours later she called and told me they have emailed her back and their phone is out of order until the next day plus she has emailed them back to find out the price and to hold the shoes for me so I can go to a store closer to my location to purchase it (WOW) I have never experienced this amazing kind of service wow wow and wow I am hoping this store realize what an asset she is to their company and hopefully one of these days she will be recognized by her superiors These days we hardly experience these kind of great services be offered to consumers. Than you Veronica I have no doubt you will be discovered soon Keep up the great work you're doing we do greatly value and appreciate it!!!! No
