We had an excellent experience with this car rental company. The customer service was really good – they were accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Jose, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the process. When we were offered a discount to upgrade the car, we went for it, and it made our trip even better. The car was in great condition, and the whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing to rent a car.

Usually I rent my vehicles at enterprise. This time I decided to give it a try at Sixt I was a bit concerned since I never heard of this company, but I’m glad I didn’t choose any other car rental company then this one. There cars are super clean and well taken care of, the manger which I forgot his name was super helpful and nice. I will definitely rent with this company again.

We had the enormous fortune to be assisted by Zak. His customer service was excellent and outstanding. He answered all our questions patiently and politely, and gave us some tips for our trip. He offered us a free upgrade since the car we originally rented was not available. The rental process was quick and simple. We will definitely return to Sixt on a new visit.

Great cheaper option. We got a Dodge it was so cool. They tried to upgrade us to apple car play but actually pretty much all their cars have car play so don’t be forced to buy extras unless you want a bigger car. Easy to pick up. Easy to drop off at a different location. Check your car over beforehand as we had a plastic under bumper hanging off and documented it before we drove away to make sure you don’t get charged. Always fill up gas before you take back as it’s cheaper.

We ordered a BMW X1, but the man at the office gave us an X3 instead. The X3 turned out to be a better car, and he was very nice and patient.

Excellent welcome. Friendly and respectful people. The best rental experience in Los Angeles. We were able to go to Las Vegas after disappointments with other vehicle rental companies. The vehicle loaned to us was in excellent condition and clean.
