Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. I ordered a Subwoofer, they sent me a speaker (wrong item). I immediately asked for an exchange - but now the original item I had ordered was double in price suddenly... or wait never mind it's on the website but they don't have it at all they said. Their email communication was terrible / non existent. I right away sent back the incorrect unit they sent me, tracking showed that it arrived (their return label not mine), but despite me repeatedly asking them what the status was, they NEVER refunded my card (also no email response). So eventually I stopped payment on my CC, and now they are trying to dispute my claim... Totally a joke over here. So many great places to spend your money, this is not one of them.

Sigh. I saw the many negative reviews about them cancelling orders - but they were the only place I could find an "in stock" item that is no longer made. And, like so many others here have experienced... my order was cancelled. (I assume they didn't actually have it?) Refunded just fine - but the real bummer of it is that they do not send an email alerting you to the cancellation - you have to just wait until you wonder about what's going on with your order and then go find your tracking and find out that way. Nor did they respond to an email of mine. Bummer.

Contact service is a complete joke I order from this company last year I had no problems but my previous order I placed I didn’t receive a tracking number and they haven’t sent the item I’ve tried emailing & calling but no response now I have to get my bank involved cause I want my money back I will never order from here again my advice go to eBay or Amazon

Knew about this place for a while until my go to spot ran outta the product I wanted and I stopped by to be amazed by a simplified process that David hooked me up with and received my goodies in a timely manner considering the current transportation and chip shortages. What a relief ?
