We cannot say enough good things about Serge and his team with Sinatra Movers ! We were dreading the process of moving from LA to Pasadena. After calling many other movers for estimates our dread was confirmed because of their high costs. We were trying to figure out how we could do this ourselves when we found Sinatra Movers. We were so pleased, first at Mary friendly personality and understanding of what we needed…and his price was reasonable! Too good to be true? No! When moving day came, Serge and his team were there, working hard and professionally. They wrapped everything so well and packed it all so perfectly, that when they unloaded (and put everything where it belonged in our new home), absolutely EVERYTHING was perfectly fine! Even our grandfather clock! We are so very thankful for Serge and his team of great, hardworking and really nice guys! We highly recommend this company!! Thank you so much.

Our experience with Sinatra Movers was great! Mario and Sultan were super efficient- we had a lot of large furniture to maneuver through small spaces and they were able to troubleshoot any potential problem. Would absolutely recommend!

Serge and Serg were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, helped so much with some bigger and heavier items, and were a delight. Absolutely recommend this company always. I've used them 2 years in a row.

Sinatra Movers was awesome! We had a long-distance move and it was a tough 8 hour day with a lot of stairs and they were so efficient and also kind! They were also super affordable for the amazing service they did. Would highly recommend Sinatra movers!

Super quick and efficient! They took such great care of everything and managed to pack, transport, and unpack two bedrooms worth of items.

This was my 4th move with Sinatra and I won't be coming back. The mover texted and called me around 6am the day of my 10am scheduled move to try to convince me to add a third mover. I told him I've always had successful moves with 2 movers (through his company) because I don't have much furniture - a small 1 bedroom apartment. He argued that they had a big move the day before and it took twice as long as they expected because the customer didn't want a third mover for a 2 bedroom move. From that point forward he was intent on proving himself right.
It took nearly twice as long for him and the other mover to move my stuff and I had FEWER belongings compared to my previous moves. The lead mover continued to argue with me whenever he could about how I should have hired a third mover, some of my boxes were a little heavy (???), having stairs at the new apartment was going to be a problem, etc. Every time it was a new complaint and it became ridiculously uncomfortable. At one point I asked him why we had to stop and talk about my belongings so often and he continued to complain, bring up the move from the day before, etc.
And finally, they weren't able to move my couch into my apartment! We had to put it in the garage. I asked for them to finish wrapping it so that it wouldn't get dirty sitting in there while I figured out what to do, and the mover told me he would "be nice" and not charge me for the extra shrink wrap. I pointed out that I wouldn't need it if he could have moved the couch into my apartment and he responded with "why can't you just say thank you".
I reached out to the company to share my experience and was really disappointed with their generic response. As a repeat customer, I expected more than a reply that they would "bring it up at a team meeting" and offer $25 off my next move. Lol. Not happening.

This is my 3rd time using Sinatra movers and have only great things to say about this company (2x in LA, most recently LA to SF). They are efficient workers but take the time to wrap furniture/items in blankets (included in cost) and plastic wrap, and have always taken good care of our items. Their prices are very reasonable, and when planning our move with Mary via email they were transparent with the contract, costs and adding on additional time as needed(and suggested we add a 3rd mover which was definitely the right call). This last time we had Serge as our foreman who was involved with loading/unloading, drove the moving truck himself and personally coordinated the process with local movers in SF and the whole process was extremely smooth. Highly recommend
