I called more than two weeks ago trying to place a hair appointment for my prom. The lady on the phone said she would call me back and let me know within that day, or the following day. It has been more than TWO WEEKS and I just received a response the day before my prom. Somuch for trying to go here- I would have if I got a call back smh

I just want to say I am currently still taking eyelash classes here. I love it specially with Adriana she makes u feel so at home she made me feel so comfortable. I haven't finish the class n I am already lashing. Totally recommend and its not pricey.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. On their website they have the email for "customer service" and they never respond to any emails. I've emailed them about the status of my order 3 times and DM'd them on Instagram 2 times and they have not helped me what so ever. Personally through my own experience I would NOT recommend purchasing from their website. Luckily, I live maybe 10-15 min away from the store so I have to go out of my way to contact them or else I'm never going to get a response.

Love the products but when it comes to their customer service, it's not there. I won a giveaway months ago & it was supposedly sent out but i never received it. I asked for updates and tracking through DM on their Instagram but that seemed to be a dead end. Very unfortunate.

I love love this store! SUCH WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner she is really friendly and nice and Noel is really funny and nice, and was able to help my mom and I match a good foundation. When I would shop at Sephora for a foundation they always gave us wrong colors but Noel was able to help us out. I love their whole store! Very clean too. I recommend it to everyone.
