Thank you to Jerry and team for amazing, fast, and honest service. My car was towed here about my catalytic converter was stolen. The team kept me updated with quick communication and got the repair done promptly. My car was returned to me perfectly clean on the outside and inside. It was an amazing surprise to end the service. I will definitely bring my car back here next time I need service!

These people really car about their customers. They would stop nothing short of exceeding your expectation. Jerry who was my advisor was not only professional but also thoughtful in the way he serviced me. He went out of his to be helpful, even searched for less pricey parts to give me better value.I have been to many auto body shops but I much say that they are the very best. Jerry, Ana and Frank were all very helpful. I would recommend them over any other body shop in all of Los Angeles and maybe even Souther California.

Sidle's has helped me with a few repairs at this point over the years. They're always very friendly, helpful, and stay in communication. Results have always been great, would highly recommend to anyone who needs car repair. Jerry, Ana, and Frank always gave me update calls and followed up to make sure I knew what was happening or if any delays. This last time, they were even nice enough to drop our car off since I was out of town and my wife was home without a vehicle.Great team and great service!

The service there was amazing. They were able to walk me through my first accident without hassle. Everyone there is super nice. Especially Jerry, he answered all the questions I had and helped me out with all the different paper work. My car looked brand new after the accident and haven't had any problems with it since. Everything went through insurance so it was really easy process !

I have dealt with many auto body shops but none of them compare to Sidles Automotive. They are by far the best in Southern California. From the moment I brought my car in, the care was outstanding. Jerry, Ana & Frank were very helpful to me and told me what my car needed and took care of everything . They kept me to date on how the repairs were going. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised that my car was cleaned from the inside of the car, the tires and the outside of the car it looked brand new.The big surprise was that my car was ready a week earlier, they never hesitated to make sure that my needs were met properly including arranging for someone from Enterprise to pick me up to take me to their lot to get my rental.The moment I drove off their lot I started calling friends to tell them that whenever they need work on their car to not hesitate to go to Sidle's. I highly recommend them and they are a 10 across the boards.

This business is almost a 5 star facility for a reason. One of my friends wanted help with calling multiple places for estimates, on car repairs, and I decided to help them out and do my own research. I think one of the main reasons this place has great reviews is for the stellar customer service they offer. Ana the receptionist that answered the phone was super helpful with the call. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking to get repairs in a timely manner and have great customer service.

The manager Eric is not forthcoming about the way he treats customers. Came in with a insurance claim and he made multiple excuses not to do the work. Would not recommend this shop to anyone I know. Complete waste of my whole day.

Sidles Automotive made a truly bad experience of a hit and run accident, a supportive, "please let us help you" experience, much to my relief.Jerry kept me up to date on the repairs and made sure I was pleased with the outcome once completed. Everyone there was welcoming and helpful. Jerry made sure before I left with my wonderfully repaired, clean car, that if there were ANY issues or dissatisfaction I had, I should call the shop immediately and they would fix it.Go to these guys! They know what they're doing, they explain all, and are kind and professional.

I recently had the privilege of going to this place. I showed up for a consultation and questions but left a satisfied customer. Front desk was so helpful with my insurance company claim. when I tell you the service from this young lady I met there was over the top she was so sweet and kind and she helped me so much I was kind of embarrassed because It was a whole process but man I give this young lady props she had the patience time and energy for me that day Thankyou my sweet Ana for all the help ! You truly helped me and made my life much easier. I would truly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart, their service is great, customer service even better. Honestly I am the type that if I do not like a place I will not go or recommend I mean who would but I would like to say this place isn’t a bad business I’ve seen previous reviews and I was kind of scared to go but my husband on the other hand said let’s just go for a consultation. We left this place so happy and with some weight off our shoulders!! Thankyou for your great service please please don’t second guess this business , sidles is the way to go ! I recently had an unfortunate experience with Sidle's Automotive that left me feeling frustrated and thoroughly dissatisfied. Despite their initial promise to take care of everything, their poor customer service and failure to fulfill their commitments have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.In February, I entrusted Sidle's Automotive with repairing my Benz after they caused an additional issue during a previous repair. The process began on a hopeful note as Eric assured me that they would cover the rental expenses with Enterprise while my car was being repaired. The manager, Eric, confidently assured me that I wouldn't have to pay a dime out of pocket since they were at fault for the problem with my car. Moreover, Sidle's Automotive had already received the total payout from the insurance company for the repairs.However, my hopes were dashed and my frustration grew over the next three months. To my surprise and disbelief, I received a charge of $200.20 from Enterprise, indicating that Sidle's Automotive had flatly refused to pay for the promised rental. This was a clear breach of their agreement and a complete disregard for their responsibility for causing the issue in the first place.The entire experience with Sidle's Automotive has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they create an additional problem with my car, but they also failed to take responsibility for it, leaving me to foot the bill for their mistake. Their lack of integrity and poor customer service has left me with a strong sense of betrayal.I strongly advise anyone seeking reliable auto body repair services to steer clear of Sidle's Automotive. Their broken promises, poor customer service, and unwillingness to rectify their mistakes demonstrate a lack of professionalism and integrity. It is evident that they prioritize their own financial gain over the satisfaction and well-being of their customers.
