I’ve always been afraid to get a trainer because I don’t have much experience in working out. I was afraid that they would push me or make me do more than I can handle. Greg completely changed that fear! He understood that I was a beginner and made sure that the work outs were on my level. He pushes me to do my best but in a healthy way.Now I’m not afraid of the work outs. He has taught me how to use machines and how to properly move my body which has been so helpful as a beginner. He truly just wants the best for you and is always so encouraging. On top of that, he plays the best music while working out so it makes the experience fun and not dreadful. I use to fear the gym but thanks to Greg, I enjoy it now!!

When I say your girl is feeling SNATCHED and STRONG AF because of this place. Barack is *THE* one to see! Love the 1-on-1 setup, and that it's never swarmed with eyeroll LA types. The people coming are there to put in the work, and Show Up is better for it. Plus... easy parking! A MUST in LA! :)

I've been working with Chris since the beginning of 2023 he's taught me the basics and fundamentals of programing core core accessory , progression regression, progressive over load, and so on he's the best trainer in LA ! He knows how to keep his clients coming back by creative exercises, great and creative programing, and custoner service also his knowledge in nutrition after 1 month, he's simple to understand, he runs a great gym and all his knowledge is proven ! His trainers are also phenomenal and hes taught them extremely well ! If you want to get in the best shape of your life check out show up fitness ! They'll be happy to see you Showing up !

I loved this place so much, Austin is an amazing trainer, showed me how do all workouts correctly and made me feel so comfortable, at first i was very shy but he's been very nice and friendly, i've gained so much confidence ever since i came to this place.

Started my fitness journey at Show up Fitness a little over a year ago & MY GOD, I’m so thankful to have found this amazing place. All the trainers are super nice, the gym is really clean & this place means serious business been training with Babs, specifically for my BodybyBabs & I die everytime. My strength, mental stamina and overall physique have improved ever since I started my fitness journey with my trainer.I know it’s super cliche to live in LA and have a personal trainer but I wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s changed my life & im forever grateful to her, our workout routine and having her as part of my fitness journey! If you’ve gotten this far in reading this— and considering to start your own fitness journey, there’s no other time but now!

As a former fitness instructor and trainer, I know a good trainer and instructor when I see one. Babs is one of the best I've seen. Her classes are well thought out, fun, effective, and uplifting! She explains and demonstrates each exercise clearly, making sure everyone knows what to do and how to do it. She also pays attention to her students, making needed corrections to their form and encouraging them in their efforts. She pushes and challenges but always just the right amount. Her 1 on 1 training sessions are just as great as her classes. You always leave feeling great, like you worked hard, but it was just right for you. In a city full of fitness instructors and trainers, there are few that stand out like Babs does! She's the best of the best!

Greg was a wonderful personal trainer. I came to Greg at Show Up after I injured myself working out on my own. I was an amateur and knew I needed some help. As an athlete he was able to adjust to my needs and wants while also giving feedback to tell me what needs to get done to see future results. He was able to work with my busy schedule and I appreciated that a lot. He had each workout planned out very well while isolating muscles in a circuit type training system. He even gave me nutritional advice and created a spreadsheet for me to tend to and create a good meal plan. I knew that my desired goals would get met with Greg based on the first day. My form was already better in our first training session. He made sure that I was doing the proper exercise correctly without hurting myself. I saw incredible results in about just short of a month. I didn’t know I was able to lift such heavy weights for certain exercises but Greg made that possible for me.

Greg has been an amazing trainer. I had a previous trainer that didn’t pay attention to my movements and just made me complete the workout without any corrections. That trainer didn’t create the most welcoming environment and I was scared that I was going to injure myself. But not Greg. He is so welcoming and motivating. He is so attentive and I love that he corrects posture for every exercise making sure my shoulders don’t shift too forward or I don’t hyper extend. I explained to Greg that I have chronic knee pain and an ankle injury that’s been taking a while to heal. He tailored workouts for my specific injuries and creates exercise to strengthen the muscles around it. I also love that he is super flexible with my busy work schedule. He will really work with you to get you in because he genuinely cares about making people healthier and stronger. I highly recommend him.

Mariah is a great instructor. My son is disabled and she teaches him with so much sensitivity and humor. We have been able to reduce some of my son's medications since we started working out at Show Up with Mariah. I am turning 70 in a week, and I am losing weight and feeling stronger every week. Mariah is very skilled. My son and I enjoy the classes, so we keep going. THANK YOU MARIAH ? ? ☺️ ?.

My personal trainer Greg has helped me reach my goals and has kept me accountable to my training. I've learned a great deal about optimized programing that I will take with me in the future. Not only is my trainer A1 the facilities at Show Up are welcoming, bright, and spacious. Would highly recommend anyone to reach out and start training at Show Up fitness.

Ivan is an amazing personal trainer that I highly recommend! I have been training with Ivan for almost a year now and it’s been incredibly fun and I have gotten amazing results! Not only is Ivan fun, positive and sweet, he is also very flexible and never hesitates to accommodate his clients’ busy work and life schedules. Soon after I started training with Ivan, I felt so much more comfortable going to the gym by myself, which I used to feel very intimidated by. Ivan is very knowledge about strength training, metabolic conditioning, the anatomy of the body, etc. He will teach you great form while pushing and challenging you to get the results you are looking for - you just need to “SHOW UP”! It’s been an incredible and transformative journey for me; my body has never felt stronger, leaner or more toned! I couldn’t recommend enough starting your personal training journey with Ivan!!

Babs cultivates a culture in her workout bootcamps that is flawless. Every week we show up and are met with a class that emphasizes technique, positive intentions, and rewarding yourself for just showing up while we put in serious work. As a bonus, the music she picks is always amazing and represents selections across various genres. I could not recommend her programs more highly and think they would be great for people of all levels.

Ivan has been my trainer for the last year, and I couldn't be happier with him. I came to him for general health improvements and the benefits of weight training. Not only is he a highly skilled personal trainer, he's truly rooting for you as a coach and as a friend. Even on the days I don't want to work out, you just gotta show up and do what Ivan tells you to do!! You won't regret it. I'm approaching the best shape of my adult life, and Ivan has been a huge part of it!! Yeeeeeeaaaa buddy!!!!

I have Babs as a personal trainer and she is wonderful with 1 on 1. She totally tailors the workouts around my physical disabilities while still making sure I am pushing myself and making progress. I also take her weekend classes and always feel ready for the week afterwards!
