This is my go to place for any repairs I need done for shoes or boots, even backpacks or purses! They are experts and will let you know the cost so you can decide if your item is worth repairing. I am so happy with my boots they just repaired in a tight timeframe since I needed them for an event. I highly recommend them! Parking is easy and affordable at the Beverly Connection so it’s convenient too.

We have gone to this wonderful store twice now. Once to clean and re-dye one of my wife’s purses, and most recently for me to re-dye a jacket.I can’t properly explained to you what a great job he did, so I will just have to add a photo. I was afraid the jacket was way too far gone to save, but when I got it back, it looked literally brand new. Great service, and a wonderful manager, who I was grateful to do business with.

Went here because of reviews and absolutely regretted it. Charged me $200 to resole 1 pair of flats and repair the soles of 2 vintage sneakers (they just needed to be glued at the front). I should've left and gone somewhere else. When I went to pick up, my shoes hadn't even been cleaned or polished. People working there were nice enough but I won't be back. PS - about 3 months later, the soles of the flats they put on began separating slightly at the toes.

IN:I really do feel bad about leaving a negative review. I dropped off a pair of black leather shoes that were slightly scuffed, for a refinish, at the end of July. They charged me $98.50, which is fine, but the refinish did not even last a week before it had worn away and the scuff marks that had been covered up were once again visible. It seems like this was a very low quality refinish, and I will probably ask for a refund because this is totally not what I expected. I’m quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service I received.——IS:I really feel bad for leaving a negative review. Cash was super helpful! I was devastated when I got an oil stain on my vintage designer bag less than a week after purchasing it. I panicked, and basically made it worse in the process. Luckily, I brought my bag to Shoeber, and Cash helped me out. When the stain didn't come out immediately, he called to tell me, and told me he wasn't happy with how it looked and that he would keep it longer and bring it to his uncle's location to help fix. He was so accommodating, and the bag was even dropped off at my apartment too. Very happy with this company!

Mario... One of the nicest retailers in the whole Beverly Connection complex. Mario took my cherished, beloved Wolverine 1000 Mile Addison wing tips... (perfectly broken in) Cordova leather boots and did such a nice job with new heels and new durable rubber soles -- AND he conditioned them, not once but 3 times! I'm certain I'll get another 1000 miles before letting them go to boot heaven. Mario the Shoe Saint!

Shoe repairs were good and fast. They charged me two different amounts and took me several trips to get one of the charges cancelled.
