Went in there to buy my son a pair of shoes for Christmas. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I had 3 different people ask if I needed anything! Not only that, they sold me a pair of Jordan's they hadn't put on display yet. Was looking at low top red/black and sale person came out with the high tops!! Told me we just got them in couple of hours ago!! Big props!! Thank you.

The store has different styles of shoes. Very nice shoes. It is well-organized and clean. Customer service is almost non-existent. It should be addressed with your employees and for that reason, I gave it 3 stars. Customer service is a must!

Horrible customer service. They don’t greet their customers or even help customers when they are looking for something. I was the only customer in there today and two employees were standing behind the counter just chatting it up and never even acknowledged that I was even there. I will take my business elsewhere

I love shopping here because of the top notch sales staff. Every-time I enter this store I am greeted with respect and warmth. And the associates always offer a level of helpfulness without being over bearing. This store offers clothing and accessories which align with my personal style, but I primary reason I patronize this store is the excellent sales staff.

This location does not cater to women. The selection of women's sneakers are almost nil. One small section in the back; I'd say 1/15 of their inventory. And they treat you as such. I must have been standing around trying to get help for about a half hour in front of the register as I watched as them help about 7 male customers before me, even though 4 of them got there after I did. I finally gave up and left. I was literally there to buy for an event I was going to that evening, I needed maybe 5 minutes of the sales people's time and I couldn't get anyone to help me.
