Avoid. Customer service is non existent. It's as if they don't care anymore. Continue collecting your minimum wage and nothing else. If I was a secret shopper they would have been fired by now.

I went to shoe city like about 2 months ago they had great deal’s pricing was excellent. So I went this week on 01/11/2022. I was sad to see the it was closed and they had moved to a different location. Now I have to find a different shoe city location.

My boyfriend and I have been at this store about 3 or 4 times and I got to say every time we walk-in the customer service only get better. I want to give a special shout out to Kodi for the great help she assisted us with tonight. Her patience and knowledge were admirable. Thank you Kodi for ALL THE HELP!

With a plethora of manufactures, styles, fits, features, etc to choose from in finding the 'right' running shoe, purchasing online is a nightmare. In need of assistance & wanting to decipher the options and real differences, I visited Shoe City Crenshaw Plaza store in LA.
