Absolutely terrible place. It's unfortunate that UPS drops off items here. The owner is incredibly rude and clearly incapable of doing his job. After frantically searching for my package I pointed it out to him, he proceeds to state "I don't need your help". Then continues to search only to go back and hand me the package I pointed out. All this after he kicked another one of my packages towards me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

this place was horibble and unorganized. the operator was rude and he never answered the phone . I had a lost packages , he was putting that he got it and never sent it to me , and he stole the packages. I will put a police report on him. My suggestion to other customers that never use this service ever. Rick Young is SON OF THE BICTH...

We rented a UHaul van from this location. Pick-up was fast and smooth. When we made a note that the actual milage was different than the milage in the contract, they went out of their way to fix it. Impressive customer service. Friendly and efficient!

I'm contacting the City of Los Angeles for animal welfare. The man has a severely neglected dog that's crying in discomfort from mange or some sort of skin infection. His eyes also look horrible. The dogs coat is filthy and extremely oily I told the man that the dog was so uncomfortable and rudely said "he's alright". No! I bet this jerk wouldn't say the same thing if he was having to suffer in that skin. That poor animal is not alright. That poor baby needs care and it wouldn't cost much. If anyone else is an animal lover, please try to help this poor dog. It's a mixed colored Cocker Spaniel. As for his service, the owner seemed bothered I was there (I never requested his business, my package was delivered there to ensure I received it). He made no eye contact, no greeting, just bothered I was there.

Worst customer service, rude, refuses to look for packages and denies they have been delivered just to find them a few minutes later and make you waste your time having to come back another time. Rude and unproffesional.

The description of where to drop off from uhaul and the actual location of this place doesn’t line up. The location isn’t nearly as easy to see and the lot is really small and it isn’t clear where to drop it off. The man working there was rude and disrespectful asking “do you know how to drive?” when it wasn’t clear where it was I was supposed to park. I highly recommend avoiding this shitbucket location.

I just got cursed and yelled and threatened by the owner of this place. The business "open" sign was on, the front door open with a locked gate. I was picking up the mail for my boss, but I don't get paid enough to be treated this way. Rick, the owner, is very aggressive, defensive. I waited in the parking lot and moved my car out of the way immediately after he came in. I explained what I was there for and how I had been waiting. He claimed that he only takes appointments, yet no sign in the business indicating that. Yelled at the top of his lungs demanding to know if I had the app. I had no idea what he was talking about, so assumed I needed to set it up to do business with him. I proceeded to take a picture of the business sign to find the app. He proceeded to more yelling and cursing: "do you think I give a f*** about your reviews." Expect zero manners or customer service from this wounded, fragile, emotionally unstable man.

Most unprofessional mailbox service in LA. The customer service guy in the front is so just rude considering the he fake that you ar spaying for a service and they are ok with your Mail being lost. You can’t speak to people any kind of way that is helping you pay your bills especially in this climate to where people don’t have money to just throw away. If someone is asking for clarity especially important Mail parcels it’s your job to attempt to find the item or help them recover it especially when you charged them for express and it’s been over a week. Don’t patronize people or speaks to people however you want when you don’t even know me and I’m not being rude I’m just concerned , how do I pay for a service and don’t have what I paid for. And that’s a lot of these Mail box places issues they feel that they can just take your money and be rude naw . Where is your morals you won’t have a business if customers don’t come. It’s sad becase I feel places like this take advantage of how Los Angeles has their living situations th we know most people rent rooms and need mailboxes so they talk to them any kind of way becase they now it’s limited out there. That’s not good business at all if you think that way. No customers not always right but you should really consider sometimes they are why your are where you at because do them

Very Rude Customer service. They almost take advantage of the fact people in Los Angeles rent Rooms or roommate so they need mail boxes outside of their home. They don’t care if they lose your Mail, they don’t care if you don’t even get it they just care about the money they charge you monthly and talk to you any way becase they know it’s not many options. That’s bad business like bad business indeed it shows you really don’t value your customers you just care about the bottom line their money. That’s sad to think they to ShipIt2BC your just a $$

The guy that runs this place is a psycho and extremely rude. Worst customer experience ever from the start. He has some mental health issues that need to be addressed. Also the place smells like his dog.

Ricky was great. Informative and quick. Uhaul truck was there as scheduled and he was hustling running around moving trucks. Great experience. I asked where I can find some help to move my stuff and I'm so grateful for his recommendation. Everything was perfect! Will definitely recommend to a friend that's moving in a month to rent from this location!
