I love this store. Even though there's been times where I've gone there to make a purchase and their system was down and they couldn't sell anything or other times where the store was not open during hours of operation, I have had excellent customer service Experiences every time. The most recent was yesterday when I visited the store to purchase additional paint and Ryan was so patient and doing a color match for me and then another canned that I needed it which they didn't have in stock for him to locate at another location and tell me that he could actually drop it off first thing tomorrow morning on his way to work as I am two blocks away from the store customer service at its finest! Thank you Ryan for all that you do

I need to paint my apartment and needed a custom blend that had been originally bought at the store in Santa Monica. This store is much closer to my home so I went there and talked to Ryan. He was able to order it from the Santa Monica store and have it in this location the next day. I returned the next day and he mixed the paint and carried it to my car as well. I highly recommend this store and Ryan. He is a great employee!

wow what a difference of stores! Yesterday I went to the one off Pico and La Cienega and it was the worst experience with the team to get help. Today I went to this location and Joe, the store clerk was BEYOND helpful. He helped walk me through color options, sheens, and helped me problem solve trying to match my current paint in my house. He was kind and passionate and such a breath of fresh air! If anyone from Sherwin-Williams is reading this, his type of customer service deserves a raise.
