My in-store experience at this Sherwin-Willams has been fantastic - we were there 4 times in the last month either looking for colors, getting samples or picking up the paint we decided to go with. Originally, when we purchased our home a few years ago, our contractor had us to go Dunn Edwards for our paint, the service was never great - I prefer to support a business that actually cares about their customer satisfaction and I felt at home when I visited this location of Sherwin-Williams. We had heard good things about the paint from Sherwin-Williams, they have great quality and wonderful colors. We happened to notice they were having a presidents day sale which was fantastic - 40% off, it was a no brainer. But at the end of the day, for someone like me, I care more about how I'm treated in store then the cost of the product itself. We were lucky enough to meet Spencer who obviously knew a lot of paint, not just as a sales person but as someone who painted for a living. His recommendations were highly appreciated and I hope they know how lucky they are to have such a great team running this location. For any future painting needs, it will always be this brand for us. Thank you for helping to make a tough experience (choosing the right color) so much easier on us. Anything to do with home renovation is so stressful, it's nice we found a place that made one checklist item so much easier on us.

Had such a great experience picking out paint for our house with Spencer from Sherman Williams. He walked us through all the details and steps, educating us on the different grades of paint, and helped us pick the perfect color for our home makeover. He truly went the extra mile to work with my wife and I and answered all our questions. We also were able to take advantage of the 40% off special they had in February, so it was a much better deal than Dunn Edward's paint. I definitely would recommend this store if you have a paint project.

I am always pleased with the professionalism and knowledge exhibited by the staff. Good prices, and the store manager even greets repeat customers by their name. I highly recommend.

My first project trying to use a Sherwin Williams store, and I will not be back. I found a color online that I wanted to swatch on my walls, ordered a quart through the website, and received an email confirmation that it was ready for pickup. When I went into the store, the clerk said he couldn't find any record of my order. He looked in back and couldn't find anything. Luckily I had the email confirmation, so I brought it up. "Ok, give me three minutes to mix it ". 20 minutes and several customers later, my quart of sample paint was ready. Not great, but things happen. I swatched the paint at home and decided I wanted to go ahead with it. I called the store to order 2 gallons. I asked about pricing per gallon and the person at the store said I had two options. I said I would take whichever one was cheapest (I'm a renter, so don't want to invest crazy money into the project). The employee quoted me $150 for 2 gallons of their cheapest paint. I double checked to make sure he hadn't misspoken, but he confirmed and said they had a sale that could bring it down to $130. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I wanted the right paint for the job. I told him I wanted to purchase the 2 gallons and I would pick it up the next day. He said they would have it ready. I went back to the store the next day to pickup. I gave my name and phone number, and the clerk couldn't find any trace of my order in the system. He looked in the back, and couldn't find any paint ready for me. I gave him the order number from my first online order to see if it was nested with that account. After pressing a bunch of keys on the keyboard, he acted as though he had found my order in the system and suddenly acted as if he knew about my order. "Oh yes I remember this order, you wanted 2 gallons of the blue right?" "Yes. So is it mixed and ready?" "No". Why bother doing anything ahead if they look at you like you're crazy every time you go in? So I took the paint swatch, went to Lowes down the street, color matched, and spent $80 for 2 gallons of paint (a savings of $70). Moral of the story is the paint colors are good, but this business has some kinks to work out.

Excellent place they helped me get the color I wanted they take their time to help you in another store they only tell you what you see is what there is they don't even help you and that's a big store

Email address posted here by Sherwin Williams is not a valid email address. More disappointment from this company. Am looking to buy a SMALL can of the paint depicted in the attached photo. Store wants to sell only a gallon for $30 but I only need 1/2 oz or so. The exact paint I need is shown on the label below that I got from my apt. building manager.

Great store and great staff! I enjoy going to Sherwin-Williams when I need paint or tools. I would recommend Sherwin-Williams if you want a peace of mind quality work with a beautiful finish. Their top of the line emerald has some cool technology that most companies don't have. They can also color match. I love that they offer free color consultation online to help me decide what colors I wanted.

What a complete waste of time. Staff completely unhelpful, full of excuses and all too busy on their phones to acknowledge me when I came in (I was the only customer). Apparently there is a paint shortage and they sent me to Lowe's for help -- but Lowe's sent me to them. If you want a sample color, best of luck getting it.
