The people who work here are nice. The paint comparison guide in the store does not match what's online. I was unable to return the paint. Due to these discrepancies, I should have been allowed.

Both locations I've been always just have one grumpy dude working. So you're waiting for up to 15 minutes to be helped. And they are so unfriendly. Paint is good but priced higher than it should be.

The guy wasn't helpful at all, had a bad attitude and every answer was a no: "I can't match that color, I can't find that code, I can't find anything similar" even if I showed him that a simple Google search would return the color I needed it. Asked if a specific paint was flat or glossy his answer would be "I wouldn't know". Talk about not liking your job AND making sure customers understand they're just an annoyance to you.

Amazing paint store experience, couldn't have asked for a better experience for the amateur painter I am...especially thankful for the over the top level of assistance with all my questions on December 24th when many businesses are not even open. Definitely recommend and will return! Thanks!

I love this place. The staff at this store is so friendly---they go out of their way to help with everything from color options to choosing the correct paint type for your job. Everyone here gives 100% of their time and attention to each customer. I will never buy paint at a big box store, when I can get such wonderful personal attention at this Sherwin Williams store. Special mention to the new manager Miguel--he is really kind and knowledgeable. A great guy and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent customer service by Jesus. I came to buy 5 gallon buckets with lids that have gaskets, which are extremely hard to find anywhere. I need them to store lotion which will dry out if the lid does not seal air tight. We found the buckets and Jesus gave us lids for free from the back, as they are clearing them out, which was very nice. The buckets are nice solid quality and I highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service.
