Poor customer service. Called a order in. Went a hour later. They hadn’t even started it after promising it would be waiting for me when I arrived. Joe at the counter was rude and blamed it on him not being the one on the phone. Didn’t even attempt apologize.

Pre-odering your paint should be here to stay. We called the store and ordered what we needed. They were able to ring us up over the phone. We then pulled up to the store (plenty of parking) and called the store to let them know we are here. They came out and put the paint in the back of our car. Contactless.

I had really basic questions and the guy who worked there seemed uninterested or hesitant to answer them. I drug some information out of him but when I got home, some of the stuff he had recommended was the wrong and I needed to go back out to a different store. Totally a hassle for a simple thing. Figuring it out and going to a different store to get the things I actually needed made the job take 2 days longer than it should have.
