Ima begin with Minor I belive he was in charge , Guy was great and helpful !! That store is not a busy as some of the other stores so you get ll the attention meaning if you got a small project they will take they're time with you , everyone wants the big customer but don't forget about the small guys !! Over all i always have a good experience at this store !!

The Sherwin-Williams store I frequent on Vermont in LA, CA is small enough to feel like a "Mom and Pop" but has enough variety of paints to feel like a big chain. The employees are always so helpful to someone who doesn't know what she's doing. I'm a fan.

Came an hour before the store closed to get help buying paint. David was extremely helpful. Not only did he recommend paint/primer and mix it, but he also recommended brushes. Truly saved me hours and money making a beginner painter’s mistake.THANK YOU, DAVID!

I wasted a couple of hours at Home Depot and the guy mixing my paint rushed and still had the audacity to say that the paint he mixed was darker than the sample I had brought in, "but it should do" and that's the best he could do. Really?! It was a totally different shade! No, it's not okay I said. Therefore, I ended up going to where I should've gone in the first place, and that place was Sherwin Williams on Vermont. Katheline was super helpful and professional. She mixed and matched a color sample I had brought in 100%. Despite the time left till closing, she took the time to get it right and helped me pick out other needed materials. My project turned out fantastic. Thanks again 'Miss K'! You're awesome.

Don't come here. Avoid this store at all costs. Their website is completely off on how much each paint has at the store. I went in there looking for spray paint for an art project. First off they wouldn't attend me they just keep talking on their phone and not attend me. They didn't even let me buy the paint. I didn't have ID on me because I didn't know you needed ID to buy spray paint. I have never been asked for an id to buy spray paints. And the price on the shelves was completely off than when I had to pay. I'm never coming back here again. I would rather go to Home Depot to buy paint.
