Bad service they can't help you to print a form that is in your cell phone, from desk need to be trained and they need wireless copier

I went to an event and stayed for 1 night. Loved the location and it was actually quiet at night. If you are around and not plan to stay, make sure you get the chocolate mousse cake. It was the highlight. The bed was comfortable and I like the variety of channels in the TV. I mainly liked that it was quiet. Personnel were friendly.

Very convenient location .. had access to many routes of the subway ..clean rooms.Most of all, love the warm smiles of Ms Lupe n Sir Manuel on the 26th of the Lounge...who helps us enjoy the food n drinks....love our breakfast there n with the VIEW...wow!!!

We lived on 18th floor , the room has nice view, but unfortunately hot water is cold( or warm, not hot). It’s at night, we are so tired to call for service. When ask for 30 min extension of check out, the front desk talk about money, so cold. We understand if no extension, but a cold talk made us feel bad about this hotel.

Room was nice but bed sheet had 2 blood stains and a yellow stain. Elevator was really confusing to use at first.

Close to plenty of shops and eateries. Rooms are nice and modern. Nice bar and restaurant attached at the bottom.

The receptionists are unable to provide assistance with non-standard requests, such as late departures or recommendations for local establishments. They offer basic services to ensure a comfortable overnight stay for our guests.Rooms: The rooms are small, and there is no way to open the windows for ventilation.

It's a very modern hotel conveniently located adjacent to shops. This hotel did overbooking for all the rooms! When I checked in, they changed my room type which is different from my reservation! Very bad, just for money and no credit at all! Will never come back!

Four stars overall due to value.Rooms: Pro: Room was clean. Con: You could hear the sirens outside all night.Safety: There seemed to be quite a lot of security.Food & drinks: Bar in the basement was ok. Pricey but ok. Joey DTLA is street level on the north side. Food is great and the ambience works.
