I went to an event and stayed for 1 night. Loved the location and it was actually quiet at night. If you are around and not plan to stay, make sure you get the chocolate mousse cake. Very convenient location .. had access to many routes of the subway ..clean rooms.Most of all, love the warm smiles of Ms Lupe n Sir Manuel on the 26th of the Lounge...who helps us enjoy the food n drinks....love our breakfast there n with the VIEW...wow!!!

We lived on 18th floor , the room has nice view, but unfortunately hot water is cold( or warm, not hot). It’s at night, we are so tired to call for service. When ask for 30 min extension of check out, the front desk talk about money, so cold. We understand if no extension, but a cold talk made us feel bad about this hotel.
