Living in LA, everyone knows this Shell was notorious for always being one a dollar or two over the average in LA. This place must’ve had a change in management or something because this gas station is no longer the most expensive gas station. I pumped gas for $4.29 regular on 1/12/24 and the gas average is $4.65.

Dropped by the other day for a fill up and it was a quick and easy process. This Shell is located on a busy corner and getting in/out of the petrol station was a touch tricky. Prices are identical for cash or credit. Shell V-Power is Top Tier gas and pricing was the lowest in the area!

The 18-month price / gallon for all grades at this Shell Station have been steadily tracking at an avg of 「$1.09 ABOVE」 other major regional stations; and, yet @ 23-DEC-2023 — Shell is publishing prices (on Google Maps) at an avg of 『$0.23 BELOW』 other major regional stations. If you're in that neighborhood PLEASE CONFIRM the actual pump prices.

Unbelievable price gouging. I was returning a rental car and didn’t pay attention to the price, putting my (now broken) trust in the Shell brand. I paid $80 to fill the car - but after I left, I noticed the tank was only half full. Luckily, the pump clicked halfway through pumping, probably because it’s not used much, so at least I only got gouged for a half tank.Terrible selection of snacks in the shop too.

Regular on October 17, 2023: $7.39/gal. Heard on the radio that the average was above $5/gal in LA county. This statin needs to be investigated.
