Terrible horrible rude people here. Their car wash is bad and they know that the vacuum doesn’t work but they don’t put up a sign and continue to take their money. A guy made me wait give me my $1.25 back while he kept taking care of other customers. Horrible. And the store part is a dirty mess. This place must have really bad owners.

The new carwash equipment is horrible. I paid for the most expensive option , around $12.It tore off my rear wiper on my two year old crossover. It also bent my side mirror out, I guess I'm lucky it didn't snap it off.The machine is ridiculously aggressiveIt also left my car covered in white spots because the dryer doesn't run very long.Definitely staying away from thisplace.

Three strikes and you are out. Three shady things have happened here in three years. 1. 2020. Bought gas here and ended up getting fraudulent charges all the way in Texas for $556.00. Thank goodness the bank cleared them, I tried calling and calling the station- no response. I paid by card inside and I am always very careful to inspect outside when I put gas and use the most remote out-of-view station available. So I'm convinced it was staff and an inside job.2. I pre-paid for gas inside again. Giving them a second chance in 2021 and as I'm inside a woman pulls up to the pump and starts putting the gas I paid for in her truck, FYI red kia type of truck with a very specific black swirling sun sticker in the middle of the back window. When I realized what was happening, she jumped in her vehicle and took off. Not the stations fault but the person working there couldn't of cared less. 3. 2023, extremely low on gas, go there and put 20 so I could go elsewhere easily and fill up. Went there unwillingly and low and behold, a forty dollar charge on my Applepay. Called the owner this time who said it was normal for the bank to do this and to wait. I did and one week later it was returned. Why not use a better system!?? Anyhow, this Shell is super stressful and problematic, and I'm not the only one!!! Tons of similar complaints on the APP NEXTDOOR, with no wonder!

Angel had great customer service. Welcomed me with a warm smile and greeted me with good morning and after I payed for my gas he said thank you and to have a good day. It's the little things. Spread kindness. Great gas station

Sam has been in the community for a really long time. Every time I needed help he has always been willing to stop what he was doing and tell me what is wrong with my car. His pricing is fair and work is good. Give him a chance and u will recommend him as well...Thanks again Sam

Do not use Apple Pay at this location on the gas pump. They are stealing peoples money who pay with Apple Pay tap at the pump. They are not helpful when you address it and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Your money will be stolen if you use your card here

Like others mentioned, this was THE WORST car wash I've ever had. See photos - the windshield and windows came out dirtier than before, with streaks.

I’m disabled and needed to suddenly get gas. I called in the store and Sam happily came out to pump the gas for me. He was so happy to help. I was feeling a little down because I couldn’t do it but he made me feel so much better about it.

The new car wash is awful! My car came out dirtier than when I brought it in and I paid $12 for the pleasure. It leaves little spots all over. It’s from the wax feature. They should change the name to the “Spots Feature.” My tip, don’t get the two expensive washes or you’ll be sorry. Get the cheapest option. It’s the one without the “Spots Feature.”

The cashier went above and beyond! I accidentally dropped my DL and he looked for me (i was waiting for my turn in the car wash). Really appreciated the act of kindness.
