I got there at 7am and waited until 730am on 5/28/2022 to put air in my tire. I needed to speak to literally anyone to get change because it only takes card or change and I only had dollars. A woman passed by and I knocked but she ignored me. The worst service. I was confused because there was a sign that stated that it opened at 7am.

They charge for air for your tires???? Why? The law in America says is free. So I ask the guy to turn on the air on Saturday 11/2022 at about 5:10p. He said is one dollar and next time say please. What is he owner or something.

I visited this carwash 3 months ago and I pulled into the gas station port where I waited for over 10 min before being acknowledged. The guy asked "what I wanted" , I replied "the max car wash, and a fill up, and can you please make sure the floor mats get rinsed as they are rubber not cloth please". He replied that "they don't rinse car mats and that I would have to do it myself". He was very short and condescending as he pointed for me to walk to the other side of the property with my car-mats in hand. I rinsed them myself. After I then preceded inside to complain about his service, I asked to speak with the manager, they called and the same guy who was rude to me came in. he was the same Latin man with grey eye who dismissed me. he lied right their on the spot, saying he informed me I would have to pay and I reused . I don't argue or like to cause a scene so, I asked to speak with some in corporate as no women should ever be talked to, the way he talked to me and dismissed when they are spending over 100 at this establishment. An administrator came down from upstairs, apologized and said someone would talk to him. I left thinking possibly their was a language barrier and perhaps this guy was having a bad day. and left it at that, But I was mistaken. 3 months later I go back to car wash as I live up the street from it, and I pulled in. Made same request regarding wash and floor mats , one of the workers assured me everything gets vacuumed and washed not to worry. But when my car was returned to me the back seats and trunk of my suv was still filled with sand and my floor mats were dusty as they needed to be rinsed and clearly weren't . As the guy is beginning to vacuuming my car, I pull out the floor mats to rinsed them as I was I was instructed to do by the manger on my prior visit. Not wanting to touch anything without permission, I see a guy standing there looking at me with grey eyes wearing a face mask and a grey carwash attentdant polo shirt. And I ask " excuse me is this the hose for the water, that I can use to rinse my floor mats"?) "his response you can't touch that". I said "ok how can I get my floor mats rinsed then", he said "we don't wash floor mats", I said "ok no problem, I'll be happy to do it." He said in a very condensing tone " you can't touch the equipment, we have to do it". I said "Okay so you can do it?" He pointed to the other side of car wash to a worker and said you need to ask him to do it, I said so I'm suppose to walk all the way over to otherwise carrying my floor mats to ask him when you can just help me. Can I speak to the manger, he then said I am the manger, instantly I remembered this is the same guy that was rude to me before. I said ok I remember you now, you clearly have something against me, because if you are the manager why wouldn't you try to help me, if a worker has to assist, why can't you ask the guy vacuuming my car now, or wallkie the guy across the way, instead of having me walk all the way over there to do something I already requested to be done when I arrived. He said " you need to leave, after he finishes vacuuming your car, this is my carwash, get out of here!" I watched this guy cater to all the white customers and he went out of his way to be helpful but immediately to me he was dismissive and condescending. I can only assume he has issues assisting black women spending their money at this establishment. I knew he didn't own this car wash and was an employee, so I walked away while he was telling me to leave his car wash, and went inside and requested corporate contact info and, the grey eyed manger followed me inside speaking Spanish, to the lady I was speaking with that worked their, and again lying about what happen. The lady helping asked him why couldn't the customer just pay, and you have her mats washed, he replied because I don't want to, and I'm not doing it. And he walked off.

Formally known as chevron, it's actually shell. Every time my gf gets her car cleaned here she complains about the maltreatment by the staff that cleans the car. She paid for full detail but they didn't wanna clean the her mats. She tried to do it herself and the guy wouldn't let her and was very rude to her. She's black so feels some kinda way about how she witnessed him treat the other clients of lifter skin in a very different light. The guy is Hispanic and most likely is one of those types from Guerrero that claims his grandmother side of the family is from Spain. He most likely will never tell you about his native routes and kisses the honky's a** because he believes that it will get him places in this new country he moved to. We need to have each other's back and treat everyone with dignity and respect. Even if you're a honky. He's the manager that runs the cleaning crew outside. He has light grey eyes. Go by and shame him with your two fingers.

I have come here off and on for 10 years and it was always pretty good for an in-town hand wash. I had a meeting up the street and just got back from a ski trip so I dropped it off and went to my meeting. \ I selected the hand wash ($45) and I have to say, I cant believe how bad It looked. It's a 2020 metallic black suv and the paint looks just awful. interior not fully vacuumed or wiped down either. The cherry on top : a letter "V" of my rear decals is now gone. Goodness. The paint damage is surface and I can get it clayed and polished out, but man, I haven't seen a car wash this bad in a while. Definitely not what I have experienced here in the past. I couldn't be late to my next meeting so I just had to take it and go. I felt bad for these people working so hard, I tipped anyway. $60 and and now I have to face the embarrassment and bill from my regular guy to fix this damage.

STAY AWAY. They DESTROYED the black paint on my brand new car. My car's as first wash ever, and it is front to back covered in swirl marks that are EASILY avoidable if they know what they're doing. Now I have a $900 paint restoration bill to fix it. Do. Not. Go. Here. Ever.

Came here for free air pump, but the parking lot by the pump was hella crowded, so I just pulled forward into the alleyway and stretched the hose around the corner. Worked like a charm!

Thank you for having free air for tires. Most gas stations around the area have a sign that the machine is out of order. Or if it works they can't turn it on. Remember in California you don't have to pay for air or water. Yet the gas stations put in machines that will charge those that do not know any better.
