Shell is always a reliable gas station with good-quality fuel that helps keep the car running smoothly. The pumps are modern, easy to use, and usually very quick, which saves time when you’re in a hurry. Many Shell stations also have convenience stores where you can buy coffee, snacks, or drinks, making it more than just a gas stop.
The locations are generally clean, well-lit, and safe, even during nighttime. The staff are helpful and polite, and the restrooms are usually kept in good condition. Prices can sometimes be a little higher, but the quality of the gas and service makes it worth it.

Bought some tobacco wraps from this location were extremely old and dry and I tried to exchange for another pack 10 minutes later after I opened and realized and the cashier laughed and said we don’t return those??? Maybe ensure and check the quality of your products I did not spend $15 for dust. Horrible customer service and horrible experience

Avoid this place at all costs! Late at night, we handed two $50 bills through the window, but the cashier only credited us for one. When we confronted them about the missing money, the manager outright denied that we gave $100 and stood by the cashier’s story. It really feels like a scam, and they're refusing to take any responsibility. Don’t risk losing your money here—definitely not trustworthy!

Absolutely terrible experience at Shell! Last night, at 10:53 PM, my friend and I went to fill up gas and handed the cashier two $50 bills through the window. The cashier kept one $50 bill and only gave us a receipt for $50, which had the wrong time on it—7:38 PM! We asked for our other $50 back, but the cashier insisted we only gave him one $50. We went back today to speak with the manager, and even though the security footage clearly showed my friend handing him two $50 bills, the manager claimed it wasn’t clear how many bills were given. Despite us pointing out the incorrect time on the receipt, the manager brushed it off, saying the cashier just messed up the receipts. It's insane! This is blatant dishonesty, and instead of taking responsibility, the manager is just covering for the cashier. Completely unprofessional—stay away from this place!

I recently visited the Shell gas station on Reseda Boulevard and had an excellent experience! The station is well-maintained, clean, and organized. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the fueling process smooth and quick. The convenience store was well-stocked with a wide variety of snacks and drinks, I also appreciated the competitive fuel prices and the ease of accessing the pumps. Overall, this Shell station provided top-notch service and convenience.

This has station is a fraud. The credit card machine doesn’t work because they want you to enter the store so they can only pump 3/4 of gas and the rest bunch of airThe owners lied and said his name is John but he is Indian with horrible accent. He was rude and disrespectful and unapologetic .Never go there

Went to buy water from this gas station at 4:30 he locked the door telling me he only sells gas asking him why and he keeps repeating himself as I'm walking to my car to leave he laughs at me and shows the middle finger. And that's for water which is more important than gas only a sick guy can act like that. To mention I didn't even ask him to open the door he was just napping and mad that I woke him up.
