Do not ever use this gas station's car wash. Today, I went there and the machine was not working, so I called for assistance. The employee who answered was extremely rude and told me to move my car, which I did. I was hoping he would come out and help me, but instead, he accused me of sleeping in the car and completely ignored my explanation that the machine had stopped working. When I asked for a refund from the boss in the store, he refused. I want to warn everyone not to use this car wash because they will just take your money and not wash your car at all.

Do not support this business that continuously deceives and treats their community poorly!!!! If I could rate less than one star, I would. First off, I am a local and live within a block of this business. For the passed two years, I have had ONLY bad experiences at this location. Arguments with the cashier, deceiving gas prices, dirty/disgusting pumps, sticky handles, and the list goes on. If there was a way to contact Shell, and change the ownership of this franchise, I would. It's a shame that this gas station is allowed to abuse, violate, and negatively impact their community. It's businesses like these that ruin Los Angeles. #saveLA #CloseThisShell

Read the gas prices very carefully before you assume the gas here is cheap. The featured price looks very good on their sign till you notice that it is what you pay when you also get a car wash. I ended up paying $5 or so. This is really tricky and dishonest. I did not have the time to tell them I wanted my money back. This is what they are counting on. Very lame.

Yesterday, I went to this gas station when my car needs to be filled with gasoline. The gasoline boy was very friendly and very courteous. He greeted me and quickly served my need. I like their service!

This is the worst shell I have ever visited can’t believe this is Shell. Chocolates are expired or almost expired taste very old be careful! always check the expiration date on their goods and the gas is a different story comments from other people can tell and the car wash is horrible makes your car dirty and doesn’t clean well, save your money, time and never visit this station till they fix everything
