Terrible! Car dirtier after car wash. Sony, the attendant, at the gas station didn’t assist when the car wash did not provide instructions and did not provide me with a requested service receipt.

Every time I go to this location the people there are extremely rude.I went to fill up after work, while filling up I notice the smell of gas stronger than normal so went to check the nozzle. The nozzle was leaking gas while it was pumping, to make sure this was no fault of my own I removed the nozzle and placed it back in multiple times. The issue still remained.I went to the window to let the clerk know that pump number 7 is leaking gasoline (wasn’t trying to get anything in return, just wanted to bring it to his attention) he is going to looking me dead in the eye and say “no one has complained about it” SIR I AM BRINGING THE ISSUE TO YOUR ATTENTION. I am sure that is a safety issue so it doesn’t matter whether I am the first, second or third person to advise you of this.In fact you should not be waiting for multiple people to tell you this before you act. To make matters worse I asked for the managers info. He simply went on his phone and started laughing, then hung up and proceeded to look around the store for a number to give to call.No worries! I reported this location to your cooperate team. I really hope you the clerk and the manager have the day you deserve.To paying customers, don’t use pump number 7 if you must use this location. If you do, ask if the leaking issue is fixed or you will pay for gasoline that is being wasted on the side of your car.

Shell gas station 400 North Alvarado , my mom came here today pump #7 regular gas, nozzle leaking gas out of her gas tank, she tells old guy at counter (his name says Olia on her receipt) and he says nothing is wrong with pump there’s something wrong with her car. she went to pump 6, it worked. guy was rude to her don’t deny and tell customers something wrong with their gas tank when it’s your faulty pumps. she told him to put an out of order sign he said no he refused! your other customers are going to have problems with this! if my dad came here i’m sure this would not have happened. also, there are diesel pumps that are also out of order here so for him to deny there’s nothing wrong and yell at my mom is insane. we’re never giving them one penny ever again. he clearly is against women.

Honestly one of the only places to get a drive thru touchless carwash. Does an okay job at washing- not suggested if your car is really dirty. But does fine if car is dusty. Dry time is too short so bring microfiber cloths to wipe down car after. But honestly okay with me.

So these scammers blatantly throw the law into the wind. Gas stations are required to give you free air and water with the purchase of gas, any amount. Not here if you want free air that will cost you a minimum of $2 of fuel, too bad that is not the law, the law states no minimum purchase amount. So this station is really that hard pressed and rotten that it needs to squeeze any penny on any unsuspecting people that don't know the law. Shame on you unlawful scammers. Karma is not on your side and never will be. All this because you just didn't want to take my $1 on #5. I guess I should've offered you a $0.01. Obviously, I don't recommend this gas station, steer clear!

If I could give this place a zero on June 28th I certainly would. I got gas and then I I went through the car wash and stopped in the middle of it. I proceeded to go into the store and the young man behind the glass refuse to give me his name or let me go through the car wash again. He was very rude and I would never recommend going to this gas station before a car wash ever again to anyone. After speaking with Olio,the owner, he responded to my issue in a very professional manner. I'm positive he would have handled the initial situation completely differently. I am pleased to say he and the Shell corporation did not allow the situation to go unnoticed and most assuredly would not let it happen to another patron again. My sincere thanks to Mr. O.
