I have always had fast and courteous service with Shatto Cleaners. Particularly the owner who has always been very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful with my cleaning and particularly my alteration needs, making suggestions and recommendations, and consulting with his tailoring staff if necessary to make sure my requested alterations are achievable and cost effective.

Worst Business!!! I took my uniform work clothes 3 days ago and promised me to be ready at 5pm for pickup since those are my work clothes I’m going to use for the following day. I arrived at the place at 5pm gave them more time at least before they close and next thing you know my clothes are not even cleaned and was still in the basket. The guy who I think was the owner doesn’t seem to care about my uniform I’m gonna be wearing tomorrow. I understand it’s pandemic but all of us essential workers depends on dry cleaning since we don’t have time to do our laundry coz. of what’s going on in the world but all I was asking the guy was consideration. He could have called me early morning to let me know my clothes will not be ready and I could have time to find some other cleaners to finish my clothes but they didn’t even bother calling. SO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PEOPLE THEY DO NOT DESRVE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Han is a superstar! Not only have I receive all my dry cleaning back in a pristine and timely matter, but he makes the best suggestions for alterations. I 100% recommend this business as a convenient neighborhood dry cleaner and alternation shop.

Not satisfied with the service that was provided. I had my dress pants dry cleaned and they came back damaged with the side pockets ripped. I took the pants back to show him but he insisted it didn't happen there. Definitely not going back.

The service here is not the best at all. I dropped off 6 jackets and was chard 70 for not one of them to have been fully cleaned. There was literally still food on one of them. He noticed and still charged for the cleaning. The man was not wearing a masking and coughing the entire transaction. Their card machine was not working and he kept swiping my card so I was charged the $70 three time out of my account. Then he ask for cash! I had to pull up my account to show him it already came out. This place is terrible. Poor customer service and the cleaning was not worth anything.

First off, the owner notified me with a text that I left a collector's enamel pin on my laundry and I didn't even realize it until then! I've gotten amazing alterations for my jeans and wonderful clean up jobs on my sneakers from there. Always friendly and professional service and I couldn't ask for more.
