What a really nice place with lovely people to help you make design decisions. I didn't have an appointment but they helped me out. I love the overall design aesthetic and the quality of the goods. All of my Serina & Lily stuff (some chairs, napkins, a light and a rug) all look great in my house. I feel look like a stinky bachelor anymore.

Don't be fool by the name brand. The pictures speak louder than whatever I can write here. This is a $3800 dresser. They took 100% of my money upon purchase. They took a long time to deliver. When it finally got delivered and they started opening the box and I immediately saw this cheap, broken, not properly painted dresser. I refused the delivery. I contacted customer service and they said that a return would be issued 7-10 working days. After I waited and never got my money back they said the dresser was sitting on aa truck so they couldn't refund me until they get to it!!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We have had the most fabulous experience with Serena and Lily at the West Hollywood location- in particular Khuyen has been above, above and beyond helpful- super efficient over the last two years with multiple orders for our clients! We love the style and quality of the Serena and Lily furnishings and accessories- and send a big thank you and lots of love for all the special attention to detail!!!

I have worked with Sholeh, designer for Serena & Lily, for a year creating layouts and furniture designs for our home in San Diego. Sholeh has been nothing short of exceptional. Through numerous iterations, she adjusted the mood boards per my request until we came up with the perfect designs (room by room) that best suit the style of our home and tastes. When the furniture and rugs began arriving, I was delighted to see the quality is 5-star, in many cases, better than I could have imagined which is significant given the gorgeous Serena & Lily catalog, website, and the exquisite showroom on Melrose. In addition to purchasing most all furnishings for our home from Serena & Lily, I also purchased numerous pieces of fine artwork, bedding, blankets, and accessories. We could not be more pleased! I recommend Serena & Lily and Sholeh full-heartedly, her expertise and the world of Serena & Lily have totally transformed a home into our "dream home." We look forward to many years of enjoyment!

I bought 4 side chairs for almost $1,000 total in March. It's August 4th. 2 of the 4 chairs have started to unwrap. I called the store and immediately they sent me to customer care. She asked me to send her photos. She did get back to me rather quickly but told me that the product is not defective and to use superglue. Wtf! The response is attached!! I didn't go to a discount store. I expect more from a specialty store on Melrose and their customer "care" team. I almost bought a bed from here but my bf told me that he was hesitant because he wasn't familiar with this brand and the quality. He gave me an example of the time he bought a sofa from Restoration Hardware and when he called and let them know that there was a slight squeak, they sent someone out to fix it. They offered to immediately replaced it. So THANK GOODNESS WE DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING ELSE! They would have asked me to superglue the bed had anything happened with that. Completely unacceptable quality and service.

We purchased an expensive bed from this store with supposed "white glove delivery." After making the order and payment, we waited until the date specified in the confirmation email. There was no communication so we called only to find out that our purchased product was on back order and that the delivery date had been pushed back by over a month. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, they then gave us an earlier delivery date (still two weeks out). There was no call on the day before this scheduled delivery as promised. When we followed up, they told us it had been postponed another week. I saw that their BBB rating is a C and am beginning to think this whole thing is a scam.

buyer beware if you are purchasing from them. if you need to return they keep the extra $20.00 handling charge and then charge you to return the items. the chairs I bought were very uncomfortable. tough lesson to learn.
