The price was very reasonable for the quality of service — no hidden fees, just honest work. They handled my furniture, including a large sectional and fragile items, with total professionalism. Everyone was polite, cheerful, and worked seamlessly together. Even tricky stairs and tight hallways didn’t slow them down. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more efficient moving experience. “Amaya helped me set up a storage unit today and he was a joy to speak with. He was professional, friendly, and thorough in answering any questions I had. The entire process was easy and seamless. The facilities are clean and organized. You have to have a code to access anything so it feels pretty secure. I’ve had a great experience so far and I recommend renting here with Amaya!

“By far, this is the best storage facility I've ever used, across multiple states. The on-site team (which is non-existent at many storage places) is always friendly and helpful. Mario helped us find our initial unit by literally walking us through the units that were available and that he thought met our needs. Pablo was great with making sure our moving-truck team had the space they needed.
But seriously, everyone reading this, what's most important is that there are no rats or other pests. This place is clean and air-conditioned from the basement to the top floor.”
“I was attended by this new manager Kimberly, is my first time seeing her and she makes me wanna continue using Public storage because I wanted to use another storage house for some reasons, but after meeting with Kimberly, she was so lovely and patient with me, she was calm to listen to me even though I was going over board cos I was already on angry because of my previous experience there with another employee, but she kept calm and attended to me nicely and still walk me through the property and she make sure I was ok and satisfied, honestly I don’t give reviews but Kimberly is one of the most amazing public storage manager I have ever encounter and I wish every other public storage employee ll be nice as she is, Kim if u see this review I wanna say I’m sorry for the way I spoke to you, you are so amazing and professional”

She was extremely consistent on communication. She made sure that I understood the entire entirety of the process with getting a storage unit as well as finding and updating my account status. “Had a horrible experience opening my unit at Extra Space today and John at Nova saved the day. We were broken into and robbed and had to search for a new unit asap since extra Space couldn’t do much for us. John at Nova hooked us up and helped us get into a unit immediately! “Noemi, you are a true angel. If you are looking for a storage space this is it. Noemi is the kindest, warmest, most welcoming soul and makes the entire experience so much better. Moving is an incredibly stressful experience and she listened and offered guidance and a kind ear when I needed one. The facility is clean, easy to access, and well maintained. I have had no issues other than myself forgetting to check when it closed. Noemi went above and beyond and stayed late one night when it locked us out at 6pm, per its operating hours (and I totally forgot). I would use this facility again and again thanks to her exceptional and kind service.”

“This company was very courteous and did the very best to get everything done in a timely manner. I had to move the container into about the right place and my skidster loader worked perfectly to move the container. Concrete blocks will be put under each corner and leveled. WELL DONE!
I used magnetic disks with hooked bolts to place (suspend) four 4ft LED light fixtures to the roof inside for light. And then ran an electric cord from my barn to give enough light to work inside the container. That worked out because I did not need to drill holes in the roof for hangers. With help, I was able to put the contents of a 3 room apartment into this container with some room to spare.”

“Professional Moving was awesome! From the first call and emailing details, it was very straightforward and quick with the responses. I scheduled the guys for a Saturday and they were on time and professional.
I closed a branch of my printing business so there was a lot of heavy boxes of paper and supplies, but more importantly, printers and copiers that are super bulky and heavy. They were great about wrapping and protecting them, along with the transport. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the drop off.
