I am upset because I noticed they raised my interest rate and by law they’re supposed to let me know in writing. And it’s not on my contract for them to raise my loan.

This bank use to be so helpful with their customers, now their employees will argue with you like Tiffany. They also charge 75 dollars if you want to apply for a different loan. So much has changed, I almost felt like I was asking a family member for a loan and that family member was scolding me about it. What a difference.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews here. I've been a member since 2017, when Schools financed my car loan. I also have a credit card with them and just requested a credit line increase -- which they approved. Everyone that I've interacted with in the bank and over the phone has been pleasant and helpful. So I'm a bit perplexed by this. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them.

I highly recommend SchoolsFCU as their service, products and personal care for their members are unparalleled. They went above and beyond to help with my loan and auto refinancing. You're not just a number or a client with them like most financial institutions but a family member who they try to assist and accommodate.

Who's AWESOME, COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL at SFCU, Lillian Pate! She's patient and efficient too! Thank you for helping us a month ago. She even stayed late for us a few times, I don't know of a lot business that still put their customer's needs first, I felt respected and accounted for. Thank you!

I'd give it no star at all but 1 is the lowest the new system they switched to is no longer keeping track of your spending. So basically I'm having to check and balance like the old days instead of them doing it. I've been with this bank 20 years and balance and available balance were always correct. Now it constantly shows the wrong available balance new system is no longer counting ones spending and it's making me so angry. Fix it SFCU before you lose a bunch of customers.

Schools is the worst experience I've had with any institution. It is as though they are trying to piss customers off with awful service. I spent almost the entire day trying to set up an automatic online bill pay without any satisfaction. Extremely long wait times and once you get someone they have to transfer you to someone else because it is not their department...horsefeathers and I don't mean feathers!
