Went to buy a puffco peak, first generation, atomizer from these guys. The guy calls the manager, and I guess off the top of his head he quotes 44.99!!! That's how you lose customers.

Beast smoke shop in the area hands down, staff here is wonderful. I've had some negative experiences at nearby smoke shops, this place is bar none the best around this side of town. Thank you to the friendly and professional staff

Service is beyond compare. I don't know much about smoking or vaping I went in to get my friend a gift. The clerk (Alex? I wanna say) was so patient with me. I honestly felt pretty lost trying to understand it all but he was super helpful and got me in and out with ease. Good selection and great service

Sawtelle Smoke & Vape is probably my favorite smoke shop I've found since coming to LA! All of the guys who work here are hilarious and so great, but Geo always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for and always has the most positive attitude! It's contagious. Keep it up guys! Other shops don't compare to the customer service here ?

Sal is the man. Very professional and legit. Knowledgeable of the products and polite. I’ve come here a few times and never been disappointed. Good selection of products and good prices. He’s doing a delivery for me because Im not able to leave the house. I appreciate him and the company a lot for being of service. If in the area please see Sawtelle Smoke and Vape!

The people who work here are very nice however the elf bars that they sell are FAKE and taste like poison and not the real thing at all. Don’t buy those from here or they will give you a headache and make you sick. they are also more expensive here than at other shops and of course they don’t do refunds. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the people who work here are cool but they need to change who they buy from
