A truly wonderful business. I come here often, most recently, with my mother’s wedding veil, for cleaning and repair. They take such good care of everything, always. I feel very safe taking my belongings here and appreciate their very quick turnaround times, too!

This place is a complete joke! They will act as if they can get stains out but intact they just set the stains in. I’m convinced they made zero effort to get stains out of the clothing I paid extra for dry cleaning on. The laundry I had done came back to me balled up in bags. This is by far the best place in West Hollywood for dry cleaning or alterations. They’re always quick; the owner self manages so the service is incredible and the prices are less than half some of the places nearby. First time going there. Disappointed by the work done on the collar of my white jacket. If, when they return a disappointing result, they marked the ticket so they knew it wasn’t a complete success, then when the customer picks it up they could explain. That would be much better customer service.
