doesn't care if the person at the register is the right person. gives the prescribed products to whomever has the doc forms. my grandma hasn't gotten a single thing since Dec of 2023. my grandma's care taker is deceiving (this business place as well). don't do business here. and tip for all those who care for their parents and grandparents...go with them to get supplies. they get ripped left to right. makes me sad and angry. these establishments don't care. and micro-manage the care providers etc. they are leeches.

Knee pads and cane. It is a medical device company that supports workers, etc. We have a large customer base due to our very friendly and quick response. Covered by Medi-Cal and Medicare.

Attentive and corteous couple, pharmacist wife and cashier husband. During hot summer days , sometimes they offer free energy drinks to elderly especially, nice gesture. They started business not long ago, couple of years, and it seems business is good, added a third employee. Pharmacy is just a drugstore but some are not honest or others dont care about customer service but here , just hard working and decent folks, thats all I can say about them.

Awesome service :) went here to pick up some sterile water. All medical supply places were out except for Samsung Medical Supply Supply. The couple that helped me was very kind and friendly and their 2 employees were just the same.

I phoned looking for 3M Transpore surgical tape. I could not be more specific. I was told by the lady that they had it. I was not able to make it down that day (or a few days) so, I called again to make sure it was the same place I phoned.earlier on the day before I was going to make a trip for it. I tried to find a closer place since I live in the Valley. I did however, they were out and also more $.I needed a few rolls so, during the holiday week I drove out of my way (nearly 40 minutes) only to get there and find out they did not have that brand. They had some generic one and the quality was not the same. There is a reason that people look for certain brands and it mostly has to do with quality. She barely said anything knowing she was untruthful to me. You may infer that because the location is Koreatown and that it was a language barrier however, she spoke English perfectly. Wasting peoples time and not being honest is the sign of a company that no one should patron.
